Great location

Excellent unit for 2 adults and 2 children <12 years old. Super clean with easy access to pool and beach. Very comfortable beds, very nice balcony and view of the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook while on vacation. Will stay here again!

Great beach club

The proximity to the beach, safety, and cleanliness of the building and property is too hard to pass up. We had a great trip with family and friends also staying on property. The condo has everything you need (unless you prefer a Keurig coffee maker). The condo also has leak sensors, which is a great idea in a high rise condo. However, there were three mornings we had to call the listed phone number to get the water turned back on. It only took a second and was a minor inconvenience.

Beautiful condo, poor communication

Westwinds at Sandestin is absolutely beautiful. This condo was comfortable and clean with large bathrooms, king sized beds, washer-dryer in unit, and a very nice view of the beach (which is a short walk from the beautiful pool.) I had problems with check in (my name was entered incorrectly by the host) though the Sandestin staff was amazing. We also had an issue with a broken towel rack that was minor. The host never responded to me, which was disappointing. But I would recommend the property overall. Just bring hand soap! It is not provided.

Weekend getaway

Only issue was the master bed mattress was not very comfortable. Will definitely look at this unit for future rentals.

Great Trip

Location was perfect, beach is WAY less crowded than neighboring beaches. Unit was clean, great view, great pool and bar/grill right on property. Be prepared for a wait at check in, they employees were very friendly though and trying their hardest to get everyone checked in in a timely manner. Only issues I’d say that needs addressed is the mattress in the couch bed definitely needs replaced - it was extremely uncomfortable as well as the table on the patio- it was rusted and rust was flaking off.

Awesome

Place was great as far as location, amenities and cleanliness. Only issue we had was the springs in the pullout couch. Definitely needs a new mattress, but overall it was great.
