Come and enjoy your vacation at one of the most desirable condominium complexes on the Emerald Coast. The Crescent has a tropical setting with lush landscaping. There are two pools and a heated hot tub for your enjoyment. The exercise room is well equipped for those who like to work out. The condominium, with only 68 units on 4 floors, has a warm and inviting feel. It is gated for your privacy and security. We also require RFID wristbands, when on property, to be worn for those 12 and over.
When reserving please indicate how many in your party are 12 or over.

After a day of shopping , at the beach or playing golf , you can relax on our balcony and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Our unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bathroom has a granite countertop and a modern tiled shower. The kitchen also has granite counters and is fully equipped including a Keurig and Mr. Coffee for coffee lovers, We have 3 smart TV's and 3 DVD's. Our furniture is casual and comfortable. The main areas are tiled and the bedrooms have luxury vinyl flooring. No rugs! The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen and we have a sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress in the living room that sleeps 2. We try to update the unit each year with at least one project. For example, we replaced the drapes in the master bedroom and living room, all grout inside and outside was professionally cleaned and a granite topped vanity was added in the 2nd bathroom to replace a pedestal sink. We replaced hallway, kitchen, dining area lights and the ceiling fan in the living room. We also installed the luxury vinyl flooring in the bedrooms. The Kichen Aid refrigerator and furniture in the living room and dining area are relatively new.

-Included in your rental fee is a beach set up which includes 2 chairs and an umbrella. You can purchase additional set ups from the beach attendant.--

-Beach Service is available from March 1 to October 31.

-Wireless internet service on site at no cost.

- Parking is first-come, first served. There is no assigned parking and no parking
passes. No Uhauls, trailers, boats, or jet skis are allowed on the Crescent property.
They will be towed at the owner's expense.

-There are active security cameras around the common areas only.

- Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed.

-You must be 25 years or older to rent this condo.

-RFID wristbands must be worn when on property for those 12 and over.

-WHEN RESERVING PLEASE INDICATE HOW MANY IN YOUR PARTY ARE 12 YEARS OR OLDER SO THAT WRISTBANDS CAN BE ARRANGED. THANK YOU.
