Beautiful charming single-story Cottage, located in a very desirable area of Eagle Point. Three miles from picturesque skiing at Bear Mountain Ski Resort, and half mile from Pine Knot Marina. Everyone will be close to something fun to delve into!
During the winter months, we recommend a vehicle with 4x4 to access the home safely.
The open floor plan of the main living area is flooded with light from the abundance of windows, highlighting the rich hardwood floors and ample space. Curl up under a blanket by the wood-burning fireplace as you finish a good book.
Sip a bubbling brew as you stream some novies on the big screen TV. Or you can take in a moment of peace on the deck. Connect to the WiFi to send off the last work e-mail so you can slip into vacation mode. Fire up the gas grill to enjoy the seasonally warm nights and a little more time outside.
