Thank you for taking the time to send your review of Island Song! Yes, we LOVE the "Lighthouse Road Golden Corridor" location, central to Harbour Town, Sea Pines Plaza and of course the beach! Sunrise and Sunset are both an easy distance. We hope you consider Island Song as your own personal vacation home and will return in the future.

We were so excited to visit Hilton Head in late September 2026 and the Island Song did not disappoint. The property is in a great location, has a lovely beachy decor and excellent kitchen. We have rented many beach properties and this one had every kitchen item we could possibly need. We felt very comfortable as this delightful property was our home away from home for our week in Hilton Head. We are already planning for a 2 week stay next year. Kim & Peter are wonderful hosts, accessible and responsive. The recommendations for drinks and dining were super beachy fun. Great biking and walking trails and the beach club was dreamy. For anyone who needs a relaxing trip with no worries this is the place. Thank you for making our stay so special!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was so clean and well organized. The host was amazing and made sure everything was great throughout our stay. This was our first time staying at Island Song Villa and we will be back! Kim and Peter are amazing hosts and thought of everything! The villa is beautifully appointed, spacious, comfortable and very clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room (right down to dishwasher and laundry pods!) It surpassed our expectations in every way. My husband was working during our trip and the office space area was perfect. We loved the very comfortable beds. We have been to Hilton Head, and Sea Pines specifically, many times and this location was perfect. We walked to the Harbour Town shops and restaurants and biked to the beach and Lawton stables. Kim and Peter went above and beyond in their communication before, during and after our stay and the check-in and check-out process was as easy as could be. Would give it 10 out of 5 stars!

Sea Pines can get pretty crowded but this townhouse is situated in a quiet area and within walking distance of Heron Point and Harbor Town. The house is clean and very nicely decorated. Bonus for tennis/pickleball fans: there are two courts right behind the house!

Excellent Stay!

We spent 3 weeks in October working remotely and playing in HHI. We have stayed in numerous HHI rental properties over the years and this one far exceeded our expectations. As I told the owner, it was like staying a friends house rather than a rental. Clean, organized, well appointed, great location. In The owner was also very helpful during our stay. Hope to visit again soon.
