Beautiful new renovations and furnishings! New owner has completely updated both bathrooms, painted every wall, and installed beautiful new flooring throughout. The new kitchen is stunning. Great private, wooded view. Clean and ready for you! Two bedroom, two bath villa will comfortably sleeps six with a king master and two queens in the guest bedroom. This unit has all the amenities; a fully equipped kitchen, free high speed wireless internet, all linens including beach gear, full sized washer and dryer, spacious open floor plan. Only a ten minute walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Enjoy miles of leisure trails right outside your door, just a short distance to tennis, golf, shopping, dining, Harbour Town, the beach, fishing, horseback riding, and so much more!

This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

As with all of our villas, enjoy free high speed WIFI, a free family fitness center pass, free tennis at South Beach as well as a couple of free bikes for exploring all of the beauty of Sea Pines.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here, it's about a 5 min walk to the beach, how can you beat that! The living area has three large couches, perfect for lounging at night, it also had a great work desk area that we utilized during our trip. The kitchen had everything we required and the entire unit was very clean.

This property could not have been more perfect for us for our vacation. Not having stairs/elevators was awesome! Check in was a breeze, the parking passes were mailed in advance so all we had to do was pull right up and start unloading. The two bikes provided were great and having the outdoor space for storage was amazing. We will definitely be keeping this villa in mind for our yearly vacations!

Great convenient location

We loved being able to easily walk to the beach and have the convenience of being only a mile walk from harbor town. The cleaners seemed to miss quite a few areas of dusting and cleaning underwear/under the cushions of furniture but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Super clean and charmingly decorated which i really liked. Loved that the bikes were included that was huge. Checkout was also simple and hassle free. Only negative is the front door needs maintenance. Other than that well done.

Everything about this villa is outstanding—from the ease of check-in (and communication with the host) to the cleanliness of the villa to the comfortable layout and features of the villa to the proximity to activities in Sea Pines. We loved the decor, how well stocked the villa was with kitchen utensils, games, and more, and the extra perks (outdoor patio with grill, bicycles to use, beach towels, and more). I workout daily so the use of the gym was a fantastic addition to this stay. I can't speak highly enough of the accommodations and look forward to booking again.

Great property - Highly recommend

Newly renovated, super clean property, in a perfect location. Spacious and comfortable living area, with two huge bedrooms. Very quick walk to the beach, and a short drive or bike ride to Harbour Town. The property is located in a peaceful area, with its own parking spaces and closed outdoor storage for bikes and/or beach supplies. Fast wifi and tv’s in every room are a huge bonus also. We will definitely be back for our next trip!

Good time, no issues.

Clean, comfortable, good location, better deal than some others nearby. Somewhat tight master bathroom. Was slightly less stocked in the kitchen than another villa we have rented in that complex, but still adequate. Good rental management with zero issues checking in, car pass, etc.

Good choice.

Great location, quiet, well-stocked kitchen and nicely decorated. Good wi-fi speeds and reliable for VPNs/work. We've stayed in this villa before and had a nice vacation both times. The master bed mattress is really worn out though. The property management is responsive and nice to work with. Other than ridiculous VRBO fees, the villa itself is a nice value on HHI.

Property manager Jessica made all the difference

Nicely redone. Some minor things still need to be fixed. Had issues but Jessica answered in minutes and had solutions. Unit does need smoke alarm. Great location. .

There is a smoke alarm in the villa. We suspect the prior guest had taken it down when it needed a battery and did not notify us. It has been put back up with a fresh battery. Thanks for mentioning this to me.

Family of five…

The property itself was nice - furniture in the main room was lovely and situated in lots of space. The living accommodation was good, but everywhere needed a good cleaning. The pool assigned to the villas was not available for use as it was under construction — that said, the property manager was excellent and immediately provided us a suitable alternative. I would stay here again, but hope not to have to do some cleaning.

We enjoyed our time in Seapines

We where very happy with our stay. We loved the area and all the offerings it had. The Villa was very cute and a perfect size for a family of 4 with a dog. The only downfall was the 2nd bathroom - the bath faucet was very hard to operate and forced us all to use one bathroom - because we could only get cold water to work. Behind the toilet there was spider webs as well. I would definitely return to this area.

Sea Pines has it ALL!

Location, location, location! This end unit was a beautiful and easy 3-minute bike ride to the beach, and super accessible to other areas of the island. The unit was clean and comfortable, and just right for our family of four! This was our first trip to beautiful HHI and certainly won’t be our last!

Our first HHI vacation and we chose the right property to make our stay perfect! So close to restaurants, shopping and so private. End unit with lots of natural light. Very clean and check in was so easy. Owners nailed this process! Felt very private without feeling secluded. (We had enough seclusion during Covid!) Selecting dates now for next at the same property.

Fantastic week at Sea Pines. The villa was gorgeous and had all the "extras" you need for the beach. We rode their bikes to the beach everyday. The restautants and shops of Sea Pines were fantastic and we were a short drive to the rest of the island. We are already planning a trio back!!
