All pets must be approved so reach out to us first. Certain properties have weight and breed restrictions. For approved pets, there is an a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus taxes and processing fee per pet. Make sure to pick up after your dogs.

Excellent house with a pool minutes from the beach.

We loved our month long stay and would love to come back. The house was clean, comfortable and fully stocked. The pool and patio were amazing. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighborhood and just a quick drive from the beach. The hosts were also excellent!

Perfect Vacation Home

The design of the house was perfect for a group of friends to socialize, cook together, and swim. All the beach necessities were provided. The kitchen was better stocked than my own. Great time.

All very good area, neighbors, interior, but it's the same as always, the house is not cleaned, the bed in the bedrooms is just made up, no one changed it and it was wrong. My wife had to clean again. We went to the store to buy cleaning products and treat it from insects and wash it again before moving in. Please pay attention to this, because you charge a fee that is not cheap for this, and when we saw an uncleaned house before entering it was indignant because we came to rest, and we also have to spend time and money on cleaning.

absolutely excellent

we've rented places in south florida each of the last two januaries. They were both good. This year's...was excellent! The home was spacious and well stocked! the heated pool with screened in back yard...was OUTSTANDING! The location of the home was in a safe, friendly neighborhood that was incredibly convenient to the beaches, the keys, downtown sarasota and a host of very nearby restaurants. The hosts left us information that was very helpful and certainly made us feel welcome. We hope to be back next year, same time.

Outstanding Stay

We really enjoyed our time here. We’ve been traveling since May and this is the best vacation rental experience we’ve had so far. The home has such a great layout and feel. It was so clean when we arrived. It was really nice not to feel the need to clean everything before unpacking. Response and communication from the host was very good. The neighborhood was pleasant. Many delicious places to eat only 2 min away. Must check out the clever cup for the best coffee ever. Gulf beer + food and screaming goat taqueria for lunch or dinner, and word of mouth for breakfast were our favs. It took under 10 min to get to a siesta key beach. The lanai and pool area was really a nice place to unwind and relax . We didn’t want to leave!

Winter getaway

We had a comfortable, relaxing stay at this home. Unfortunately the coronavirus ended up canceling the friends and family that were scheduled to join us there. The house is well equipped with every gadget you could want in the kitchen . The beds are super comfortable, slept well the whole month we were there. The pool is a little on the small size but the surrounding deck area has plenty of lounge chairs and a huge dining table. Be aware there is an additional charge to heat the pool which is kinda hidden in the small print. All in all it was a great home away from home.

Its clean , spacious, comfortable, relaxing and its only minutes from Siesta beach. Its newly renovated and I had a pleasure to be the first guest.
