A beautiful private 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home for your vacation or getaway at the exclusive Tara Golf & Country Club. We use enhanced cleaning and disinfection as recommended by VRBO. This beautiful, bright and airy home is tastefully furnished and decorated. It has 3 flat screen TV's Netflix. It offers a large private, solar heated pool enclosed in a very large lanai overlooking the 12th fairway of Tara Golf & Country Club. The lanai & pool get sunshine all day long or you can also seek the shaded part of the lanai for your protection. Our sloar heated pool is warm all months with the possible exception of the cooler months of December and January. Our home is recently renovated and redecorated; this home has new appliances to enhance your stay. We have a double car garage, and room to sleep 6 people comfortably. Use our office, printer-scanner-copier, high speed internet, WiFi and free long distance calling.

The master bedroom has ample dressers, a 42" HD TV, Blu-ray DVD, two walk-in closets and a very comfortable king size bed; the ensuite has a separate jacuzzi tub, double sinks and a very large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two single beds a 32" HD TV and a large walk-in closet as well. The second bathroom has a shower/tub. Our dining area will seat 6-8 people comfortably. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen with new stove, new fridge, new dish washer, micro wave, and a water filtering system. It is nicely furnished with 3 flat screen HD TV's, 2 DVD's, cable TV, hi-speed internet, WiFi, free long distance calls in Continental US and to Canada, new washer, new dryer and is fully air conditioned with humidity control.
We have all the dishware, cutlery, pots and pans, bedding and linens that you will need. Just come and enjoy yourselves.

Well located for numerous beaches, four airports, 30 museums and art galleries, orchestra, ballet company, an opera company, 10 live theaters, 10 min, from shopping at The Ellenton Outlet Mall with over 100 shops and stores, excellent restaurants, numerous golf courses, 15 min. to IMG Sports Academy, 9 min. to the world class rowing center at the Nathan Benderson Park, 9 min. to University Town Center with over 100 high end shops including Saks, Gucci, Nordstrom, Macey's, an Apple store, a Tesla store, Best Buy, Super Target and many other stores.

The house was clean and well equipped. The house is in a great location being near restaurants, shopping and the highway for ease of travel. We enjoyed out stay there, as well as the attentiveness of our host Jack, and would definitely stay again and recommend others to do so.

Another great stay in Tara

Another 5 star stay in Tara Golf community. House has everything we need including an owner who checks in with you during your stay. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, plenty of room and laundry room. Great pool. Always enjoy our stay here.

Beautiful home. Perfect place to stay when looking for a relaxing getaway. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc., whatever you needed. Home was stocked with paper products so you didn't have to rush out and buy them immediately upon your arrival, just replace what you used prior to leaving. Owner was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Very nice location. Would definitely stay there again.

Ten days of bradenton bliss

We stayed for ten nights at Jacks villa and couldn't had been more satisfied. The property was wonderful and an absolute treat to have so much space for the three of us, lounge area great to cool down in and chill out in the evening.Beds were lovely, never slept better while travelling.Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates and a few condiments were available. Pool was like going into a warm bath, BBQ facility and lounge area brilliant for afternoon bathing after the beach. Location was a bit far for AMI beaches on a daily basis but that was fine as it had the convenience of being on the i75 to get out to other areas and explore Recommend UTC Shopping down the 75). Also host didn't mention but Jiggs Landing around the corner has a nice little country feel to it, they had live music one night, wish we'd spent more evenings here.

Very nice house

The house itself was wonderful. Neighbors were a bit nosy, but you can’t help that. Very well stocked with all your essentials and must haves. Pool was very well heated and the kids loved it. Went for walks along the neighborhood sidewalk during the day and was super nice. Very close to a few restaurants. Owner called right when we arrived and after our stay and was very communicative. Would definitely rent again when we come back to visit our family.

this house was amazing! it was exactly as shown in pictures. it was nicely decorated and had all the amenities you need for your stay. Jack was super easy to deal with and always responded promptly when we reached out to him. He was very accommadating and we were even able to check in earlier due to the airlines changing our flight time which was so helpful. the heated pool was wonderful and the neighborhood very nice and you feel safe

Family Friendly Vacation Home

We stayed at the Tara Golf and Country Club home for two weeks in June. We had a great stay. Our 6 and 9 year old spent many hours in the pool while my husband and I worked on/off. It was very comfortable and clean. The house had everything we needed even down to beach toys, floats, and towels. We didn't spend much time in Lakewood Ranch, drove to Lido or Siesta Key Beach most nights and weekends which was approx 35 mins away. The development also had a community pool which was very nice as well as a fitness center. We would highly recommend staying here for a family getaway to the Sarasota area.

Our first impression was that this house was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Lovely and spacious. The pool was lovely and quiet with a nice outlook. Sunny all day. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed. The master suite is spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. We also used the clubhouse gym and swimming pool everyday and felt very welcome by other users of the clubhouse. Dealing with Jack the owner was very easy and he answered emails almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood

Our stay in this house was just perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood . Very clean and has comfortable bed in master bedroom. All rooms are well organized . Rented many houses and this one has been the best one so far. Would recommend it.

We loved our time here. The house was beautiful and the pool was in the sun all day. The house is close enough to shopping and dining. We did not go to the beach this time but it was just a short trip to there if we had wanted too.

Gulf Coast Paradise

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay along the Florida gulf coast, look no further! The home is immaculately clean, has everything you could ever need (including the private pool , bbq, and jetted tub), and is just a short drive away from countless attractions and must-do activities. Jack makes the booking, check-in, and check-out process seamless and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay at his home. My wife and I cannot wait for the chance to stay here again and can't recommend it enough to others!

Best Florida Vacation Ever!

Just have to say Jacks home made our family vacation special. The home and area were very clean, pool was amazing and house just has a home away from home feel. Found all of the amenities we needed. Location is close to shopping and interstate. Jack checked in to make sure we were settled and again near the end of our stay. Lots of attention to detail on the home owners part to ensure our stay was great! We want to stay here again next time we are in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful place

The property is beautiful. The house is clean and comes stocked with different things you need. The pool is very nice and there is pool items. We loved the area. It is a nice neighborhood and quiet. The beaches are not far of a drive from the house. There were beaches chairs and things for kids to take to the beach. Jack is awesome and calls you the day you arrive and before you leave. Making sure everything is good and answering any questions you may have. Definitely will be coming back. My whole family loved it here.

Great Home for Golf Lovers

We stayed at this home for one month. We loved the two large sliding walls that open the lanai covered pool and eating area to the rest of the home. It was a great place to relax after a day of golf or activities. The pool is heated via solar heating so the temperature in Feb was between 65 and low 70's. Always warm enough to swim. The house layout is great if you have guests or want to make an office out of one room. The master bedroom is separated from the two guest bedrooms so there is good mutual privacy. The kitchen, den, breakfast area is one open concept which we love so we can watch TV while cooking. They provide plenty of appliances for creative cooking. If ever we decide to purchase in the area, we would purchase a home just like this one.

Very nice retreat

We very much enjoyed our month stay. The house is located in a very friendly community with a ideal layout for a family visit. Bradenton was the perfect spot to explore in every direction - to the zoo, beaches and parks. The house had all needed supplies and Jack is very responsive. We really want to give the property a five star rating, but have to leave it at four due to the pool situation. The listing indicated a heated pool, but it was not clear that it was solar panel heated. We chose this house over others due to how it was marketed. During our month visit, the house pool was only warm enough a few times and the days we got to enjoy it the neighbors complained about the noise. We resorted to the short walk to the club house pool as a result, but unfortunately that pool was kept cool as well! Very disappointing since we thought we would have more privacy and take advantage of the warm days at the house.

Home away from home

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful be fully furnished. Bonus: there is a Publix and Walmart within 5 minutes. Go to Detweiler’s for fresh produce and meat. We specially enjoyed the pool and lanai. We bought an echo dot, connected it to the WiFi and listened to music while outside. This home also has 2 bikes. We rode almost every day. The Smart TV’s are easy to use and have the ability for one to sign into your own Netflix, Hulu, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the couch at night and watching a movie. We are beach lovers! This home has 2 coolers for your beverages, food, etc. It also has beach towels and chairs. You have to furnish your own umbrella, which is a must! The owner has great communication skills and was very thorough with rental instructions and how to access and depart from the house. He even called and checked on us to welcome us and make sure everything was ok. This home inspired my wife to start looking to buy our own home in the area. She realized that this is what life would be like in our own home. This was the first time we rented a house for our Florida vacation. We would stay here again because it is a home away from home!

We are a retired professional couple from Canada. We love to golf and enjoy the warm Florida weather. We are also snow birds who still like to alpine ski, so we share our winters between snow country and the warmth of our Tara home.

Why they chose this property

We rented in the Tara Golf & Country Club community for 6 years before we purchased our home. We were attracted by the great golf course, friendly people, beautiful weather, convenience to shopping and entertainment and access to Interstate 75 for quick travel to many different areas and events.

What makes this property unique

A beautiful home with a private setting. Enjoy the lovely warm pool and relax in the sun or the shade. Located in a safe, friendly community consisting mainly of retired couples and young families. There are over 45 golf courses near by. Enjoy golf, tennis, fitness center, biking, fishing, boating, the theatre performances, Ringling Museum of Art, the Mote Aquarium, shopping, entertainment and the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach. The closeness to Interstate 75 allows you to attend the Tampa Bay Rays (baseball), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (football) and the Tampa Bay Lightning (hockey). For longer stays, we can transfer our membership to the private golf course to you so that you can use the amenities of the private club and enjoy free golf as members during your stay.
