KHAMIN villa, 90m2, have: 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living room, 1 dining room, 100m2 terrace facing the pool.
+The 2 bedrooms are designed as follow:

- 1 King size bed, cupboard to hand your clothes and store your luggages.
The air conditioning is powerful but also very silent you will not hear it at night.
Each bathroom have wash basin, WC, shower with hot water, mirror, hair dryer, organic amenities: shower gel, shampoo.
++The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwaves oven, coffee machine, kettle and enough plates, glasses, cutlery for you to cook delicious meal.
+++The Living room has 1 sofa bed (can sleep 2 adults), TV 50’ with international TV channels available. WIFI 100Mb/s is available throughout the property.
The villa has a modern tropical design with selected and imported furniture and is composed of 90m2 inside living space + 100m2 outside terrace.
The swimming pool (7mx4m) has a good size and is 1.60m deep, recommended for all good swimmers.
We will also organise for you some trip around the island, car rental, boat trip, water fall discovery, elephant trekking, just tell us what you want and we will help you to get it…
we use organic shower gel, shampoo that are 100% biodegradable and made in Samui.

Un grand merci à Laurent et ses équipes pour ce séjour dans la villa Khamin. La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description : très bien équipée et joliment décorée, elle ne nous a laissé aucune déception.La villa est également très bien située : au calme, tout en restant proche de la plage, des commerces et des centres d'intérêt de Chaweng et de Fisherman's Village.Une mention particulière pour les services annexes et la réactivité de Laurent, qui a su nous proposer des solutions de taxi et de location de scooter malgré une prise de contact très tardive de notre part.Je recommande très fortement !

- KHAMIN VILLA, 2 bedrooms and PAPAYA studio, 1 bedroom.
A total of 27 rooms available if you have an event, type wedding, birthday to celebrate on the paradisiac island of Koh Samui.

What makes this property unique

Chaweng is the touristic part, in the North-East of the island with its numerous restaurants & bars along the beach and the Central Festival shopping center.
The villas are located on a small hill, quiet, less than 5 minutes drive from the city center. We provide you, scooters and cars rentals or a driver available at any time, night and day.
