Majestic Sun

Enjoy your next holiday in this newly built large modern home in the coastal town of St Leonards. This home is beautifully presented, set out over two levels of luxury, space and open living. What makes this home extra special is the inground pool!

There is endless space inside this home, visit with two families or organise a large family get together and enjoy the three living spaces and four bedrooms on offer. You will enjoy holidaying with family and friends but still have the room to enjoy your own space when you feel like a rest.

The ground level is the entertaining zone, open plan living includes the kitchen, dining and family area all looking out to the alfresco and inground pool. For the winter months enjoy the gas fire place to sit back on the couch and relax. For convenience there is also a powder room that includes a shower on this floor.

The kitchen features a breakfast bar with walk in pantry, dishwasher, oven, gas hotplates, microwave and everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Venture upstairs and you will find another two separate living zones to watch tv or read a book. There is space for the kids to have their living area.

The bedrooms are also on this level. A master bedroom suite (with a king bed) and an ensuite. A second bedroom with a queen bed, bedrooms three has two single beds and bedroom four has two king single beds . The main bathroom is located on second floor with a bath and separate shower.

Just right every time!

Spacious, clean and perfectly equip. Plenty of room from everyone with everything you will need adult or child alike. Our kids love the pool and we love relaxing and watching from the comfy outdoor couches.

Great home for family holiday

A large, very well-appointed holiday home. Ideal for summer indoor-outdoor living, eating and relaxing. The pool, bbq area is a real bonus for when all the family is together. And the separate upstairs living areas gave us time to ourselves when needed! Great value for your holiday $

Fantastic holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at this St Leonard’s property. The home was spacious and clean as was the swimming pool which we very much enjoyed. 3:00 check in was a little late for us. For the price we paid, we were hoping for the standard 2:00 check in but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Great Private Oasis

We loved our stay the pool and house are both luxurious. Everything you could ever need is provided. Plenty of room for 2 small families if needed. Less than 5min drive into town. Just perfect!

Awesome property. Kids loved the pool even on the cooler days. Some shading over the pool seating would be good. Otherwise, perfect, and we will be back at the same time this year.

Unwinding at its finest

House was clean and had everything available to keep it that way. The utensils, cooking and dinnerware were all clean with no off smell which iv found to an issue with other properties we've stayed at so that was an absolute bonus. The only issue i had was that the bedding in the main room i couldnt be confident that the cleaners actually washed and or put fresh linen as they did not smell one bit fresh i had to strip the bed wash them myself drive 15 minutes to a laundry mat to dry them.Other than that honestly it was great the pool was amazing kids had a ball in there.We definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Wasn’t the best.

Received an email that the cleaners were going to be late. The power turned off on the bottom section of the house between the garage and the living room on the 5th day. Tried to contract the agaent but was later to replay or fix the issue.

Very spacious and comfortable for multiple families. Clean, tidy and kitchen well stocked. Only downside is that there was no gas left for the bbq so we were not able to use it and it was one of our must haves when booking this property.

It is such a beautiful house

The house was so clean and made so easy for us. I am so happy to pick the house for our trip, we really enjoyed the stay and were very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and made us feel very refreshed and relaxed. I recommend this house to others

Beach Break

The house is huge, which meant plenty of room for adults, teenagers and kids to spread out in three living areas . Well appointed kitchen and laundry with everything you need. We spent time in the pool each day, even after going swimming at the beach. 20min walk to the shops/supermarket...or less than 5 minutes in the car. The property was given a thumbs up by everyone who stayed.

The house was enormous. Superbly suited to two families or a large family. Beds were comfy and the amenities were great. Pool was gorgeous. Too bad for us the weather was terrible.
