Extra large first floor condo with indoor & outdoor pools, close to the beach.

Largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1st floor unit (1275sqft) in the complex. Across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway and a short drive to one of the nicest beaches on the east coast (Sunset Beach, NC). Main bedroom has 2 double beds, dresser and a 43" Roku HD TV. The lockout bedroom has 2 double beds, private bath, dresser, 42" Roku HD TV, small fridge, separate air conditioning unit and has it's own separate entrance. Recent updates 1/2026 new Lockout AC unit, 1/2025 new vanity, mirror, lighting & tile flooring in lockout bathroom. New laminate flooring 1/2023, pantry cabinet in kitchen 1/2022. kitchen granite countertops, sink, faucet, tile backsplash & tile floor 1/2020. Full kitchen along with a dining table & 6 new chairs (6/21). In the living room there's a new 65" Roku HD TV (5/24), newer couch, loveseat & recliner (6/21). There's two sliding glass doors to the patio. Just off the patio is a community grill & picnic table. The complex has an indoor and outdoor pool with a indoor hot tub & small workout room. This unit comes completely furnished including bath towels and linens, you only need to bring your beach towels. For your convenience there's Wi-Fi (500Mbps), YouTube TV streaming local & national programming, iron & ironing board and washer & dryer. There are beach chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles for you to use.
Sunset Beach is a quiet golf and beach community located a short drive from Myrtle Beach. For the golfing enthusiast there are 16 golf courses within 10 minutes of your front door. With every additional mile you'll find many more courses to challenge every level of golfer. There are many waterfront dining options serving the freshest seafood right off the local fishing boats. There's something for the entire family from mega miniature golf courses, entertainment complexes such as Barefoot Landing & Broadway at the Beach. A little further down the strip is Ocean Drive with a boardwalk and amusement park. To the north is Wilmington, NC and the Battleship North Carolina. No Pets Allowed. No Smoking in Unit.

Unit was clean and totally ready for guests. We never used any of the amenities, but they looked great when we checked out the clubhouse. Getting around Sunset Beach was very easy as the main roads were just outside the complex. Lots of golf in the area and we took advantage of that. If we are ever back, we will definitely stay there again!

Very nice condo In peaceful community

My family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Easy access to calabash and myrtle beach is just a short drive. Another good thing is the condo is very clean. The pool and the hot tub was very nice. I would recommend staying here and would book again.

Quiet getaway

First of all, great communication with owners before trip started. Secondly, the unit was very clean, including all the dishes. It was a very quiet area. The pool area was great. For a quiet, relaxing place, you can’t get much better.

The Colony II at Oyster Bay is a great location--short drive to beach, restaurants, stores. Very well maintained property overall with nice pools and spa. Owners were responsive and helpful with listing of golf courses, restaurants, etc. Quiet community, plenty of parking, felt safe. Condo was dated but clean and well equipped. I would recommend it to others.

nice ground floor, large condo. lots of space for several people. close to beach and good seafood. pool area was clean and nice also. this is really set up for like 4 golfers, sleeping with my wife in a double bed was a challenge but I knew it going in.

The property was very well kept the pools ( I work for a pool facility ) were clean everything was well kept and managed. The place was immaculate inside the beds were comfortable the view just out into the courtyard was nice and the owner was attentive on point and at no time did I ever feel I'd have a problem getting in touch with him although I never had to. Definitely on the return to list.

I was very pleased with the property. Everything was as Mark described and he also touched base with us to make sure everything was ok. The unit was clean and had all we needed for the stay. Plenty of space for us and the comfort of home. We enjoyed the beach and swimming in the pools. The beds slept great and it was nice to be close to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back. I love the sunset beach area and had a great time.

Perfect!!

When we arrived, we had no difficulty entering as communication with the owner was excellent…he provided good instructions. The unit was clean, bright and pleaant! Everything we needed was there! This was like a home away from home! The beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was amazing! The pools and hot tub were clean and easily accessible. The outside areas were well kept. This was all around an amazing stay and I will be back!! Thank you to the Fitzpatricks!!!

Amazing property and host

We go to Sunset Beach every year and have for several years as a family. We love the Colony II and always try to find a place here to stay. This condo is definitely one of the best. We love the option of the lock out room because it feels like a little mini suite just for my husband and I and the kids were separated more. There is plenty enough space and beds for several people. We also love this condo being on the first floor… very convenient. I had one issue with the TV and Mark called me immediately to get the issue fixed and made sure everything was the way we needed it. We will definitely stay at Mark and Debi’s place again!

Excellent Oyster Bay 2 Br condo

We highly recommend this location. It was very clean and comfortable. Mark was easy to deal with and provided helpful timely information proactively. Perfect layout with 2 private bedrooms with full bathrooms. If you are traveling to Sunset Beach area you will be very happy with this location.

Sunset Family Vacation

We stayed for a week. The property was exactly what we needed. Very clean, comfy beds and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the pool. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners responded quickly if we needed them which we rarely did. We made a lot of memories and can’t wait to come back. Oyster Bay Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Oyster Bay condominium. The rooms were clean, spacious, and a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. We enjoyed using the hot tub and indoor and out door pools. This is a convenient location just minutes from both Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Great place to stay for a family getaway.

Quiet seaside town with the hustle & bustle of Myrtle Beach 20 minutes down the coast. Great property with indoor and outdoor pools and the beach is just minutes away. You won't find high rise hotels on this family friendly beach. Spacious & very comfortable condo to come back to after a day exploring all this area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This is the largest two bedroom first floor condo in the Colony II complex. Continually making upgrades, 1/2026 new AC unit in the Lockout, 1/2025 new vanity, mirror, lighting & tile floor in the lockout bathroom. 6/2024 new microwave, 5/2024 new 65" Roku TV in living room and new refrigerator, 1/2023 new flooring in entry hallway through to the living room & dining area. 1/2022 new pantry cabinet in kitchen. 10/2021 new tile floor in main bathroom. 6/2021 new couch, loveseat, recliner, 6 new dining chairs and 2 lamps. 1/2020 new granite countertops, new large single bowl sink, new faucet, new subway tile backsplash, new kitchen tile floor, two new toilets, three new ceiling lights. 2019 new hot water tank and dishwasher. 2016 new air conditioning in main unit.
