Warm and inviting home with a complete cook's kitchen. Sleeps six adults comfortably. The Vail Racquet Club is steps away with a pool and hot tub and a complete work out facility. Gore Park is steps out the front door and is dog friendly. The town of Vail bus stop is 100 yards away and runs every 15 minutes during ski season. Numerous snow shoe and hiking trails within walking distance and the Vail Golf course is in close proximity and is a cross country skier's delight in the winter months. Pitkin Market is close and has a large variety of groceries and gourmet items and also has a liquor store next door.

Our group of five loved this home for our holiday ski trip. The home was very well appointed. Nothing lacking. Beautiful furnishings. We loved the convenient gas fireplace. Great location, too, just about 200 feet from the Raquet Club bus stop (East Vail bus line). The Raquet Club next door offers a day pass for 35 per person for hot tub, pool, sauna, gym, and tennis courts, and included classes (yoga, Pilates, TRX, master’s swim class). The parking spot is right by the front door.

Beautiful property. The owner, Cindy, was easy to work with and available to answer any questions I had. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and the family room was very comfortable. Location, location, location!

Nestled in the trees and so close to a dog park and meadow. Easy 5 minute drive to town. Nice beds and bedding. Spacious and great for couples or families! Easy and friendly communication with our hostess.

Fantastic place, owner, location!!

The location is wonderful - right next to the park! The park has a dog friendly pond for the pups, a great playground, and a large field. And you can use the Racquet Club facilities next door as well. The house was very clean and had everything you could think of or need! The beds were comfy and the furniture was very nice and comfy as well. Loved the patio and we spent lots of time out there with the dogs. The owner was a gem to communicate with - very responsive and accommodating. We had 6 people and our dogs during our stay and there was plenty of space for all. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great Location, Great Stay!

The location was great, just a short drive or bus ride over to Vail. The dog friendly aspect is really the cherry on top, especially with the dog park just out the back door. Communication was great. We had 5 people stay at the unit, I would say that is the perfect amount. Great stocked kitchen and all of the things you need for a week up in the mountains!

Great spot in great neighborhood!

Cindy has an excellent condo! It is well-located in East Vail, and the area is gorgeous and perfect to walk around. Her condo is very cozy and the kitchen is fully-stocked. Also, if you have a dog... her place is perfect as there is a phenomenal dog park right out back. Our dog definitely did not want to leave and neither did we!

Nicer than the pictures would indicate

We really enjoyed our stay here in East Vail. The property was very comfortable and much nicer than you would think from the photos that don't quite do it justice. It is well located in a quiet neighborhood in East Vail close to Vail village shopping and trails. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Get Away

A very lovely home in the perfect location! Quiet area, convenitently located for bus transportation to Vail Village for skiing, or in town dining or shopping. This home is perfect for families with the comfort and privacy it offers. A nice park next door to this property!

Christmas vacation

Cindy was a great host and had a well equipped, well stocked condo. Our family spent a fabulous 10 days at Vail and were always happy to come back to the condo at the end of the day, walk our dog, enjoy a steam shower, and then a good home cooked meal.

Loved it!

What a treat to get away for a long weekend with our new dog, to a warm, welcoming and fabulously located home! The house was well-stocked, including three different coffee makers, plenty of towels and comfortable furniture! We made great use of the neighboring park, at which there were daily dog parties (with local pups). We took bike rides and hiked. Cindy was so easy to work with and so accommodating to our needs. Excellent Vail Home

House is great. Location was excellent and house was well stocked. Park, river and pond are all better than one would expect. Kitchen and bathrooms are very well done. Cindy was excellent to work with.

Great Stay in East Vail

We enjoyed New Year's week here. The home was perfect for our family consisting of Two adults and three teenage daughters. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for times that we wanted to cook in. The living area was a cozy place to sit by the fire after a day of skiing! Would definitely stay here again!
