This property was nicely decorated and clean. A great location with a reasonable walk to downtown Wilmington and the waterfront. We were in for our daughter's UNCW college tour so it was a great place to call home base while in town. I would highly recommend this place to others!

My family stayed here for three nights to enjoy the beach and downtown Wilmington and it was the perfect spot. Within walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and bars, but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.
