This was an absolute gem of an apartment. Stunning inside, super clean and perfect location! I have family down here and I will be booking every time I visit!! The host was so easy to communicate with and we had zero issues with the place. There are bars close by but it did not bother us at all. If you’re planning to go downtown Wilmington, this is your place. Thank you to the host for sharing!!! Kitchen had everything we needed, lots of towels and so many great shops and restaurants at your doorstep!! Absolute perfection!!!!!

Very clean, cute condo in the heart of historic Wilmington. Host was quite responsive and made us feel very welcome. The surrounding music can be a little loud, but you can’t beat the location or accommodations. Highly recommend.

The apartment itself could not be more charming, and Mary could not be more responsive and easy to deal with. The apartment was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. The location is perfect for people who want an immersive downtown Wilmington experience and there In lies the only possible drawback. Because it is over a bar it is loud every night until 2 am even in October. The bedroom facing front street is less so. I have a sleep mask with sound and I sleep with it every night and it worked perfectly. But the ear plugs won’t cut it. Also, be aware, if you are older or have an older pet, the stairs from the parking lot are a bit treacherous. I don’t believe that is Mary’s responsibility but rather that of the building owner but guests should be prepared. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless

What a wonderful place to get away that is so convenient to downtown! Every restaurant and pub is in walking distance. Very welcoming to my pup! He had the best time. The host is very sweet and quick to respond! Will be staying here again when I have more time! Cheers!
