We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our family of 5. The views were amazing! We were there to ski so it was great to be less than 10 minutes to Gunstock. We would definitely return.

YaYa Gathering

We came to Gilford for our annual Yaya gathering of 4 lifelong friends. The hosts made the check in process so easy and the star of this property is the beautiful view from the deck of the Lake- it doesn't disappoint. the home has many personal touches and had everything we could ask for! Why they chose this property

Ok, so in simple terms and without exaggeration, the views on this property are just spectacular. You will notice from the time you pull up to the driveway and throughout every room. The property has mesmerizing views of both Gunstock and Lake Winnipesaukee. In one word, captivating. The home has been meticulously maintained and newly renovated throughout including all new appliances, televisions and furnishings. Both Andrea and I absolutely love this home and wish to share it with you and your family.

What makes this property unique

Nestled atop of Gunstock Acres, less then 2 miles from the mountain. The property is located about 5 miles from Laconia and 5 minutes from the lake. In the Winter, enjoy skiing, driving snowmobiles across the lake, snowshoeing and tubing. Very convenient to Weirs beach attractions as well. This place has it all.
