Even though the weather was not the best the first few days,the last five days were great. The house was beautiful,spacious and very modern. The agent was easy to communicate with. Lots of places in the area for good food. There was even a food truck within a half mile of the property We will look into going there again next year.

We really enjoyed our time in PotNets! The house was perfect, close to everything and very clean. The pictures don’t show how big the space really is. We would definitely go back!

Two pools two playgrounds and a huge dog park great amenities. Relaxing Regatta Bay

It has two porches to enjoy - one gets the morning sun and the other afternoon. The home itself was beautiful and clean. The kitchen is not as well stocked with pots and pans to cook as other houses we've rented. If you eat your meals out or exclusively use the grill, you'll be fine. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and spacious. The ceiling fans on the porches don't work, so the heat and flies can be an issue. The setting is perfect with the pool and beach a short golf cart ride away. Yes, the golf cart is included with the rental! If you bring your dog, it's a great location to walk. We walked 6 1/2 miles one day just enjoying the views and people. Our dogs loved the porches and people watching. I highly recommend!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at this house. A couple things to address...the king bed in master br is unstable underneath. We had to fix the supports under bed 2 x's and it was still makeshift. AC filter needs to be changed. Refrigerator digital display is not working properly. Fan on front porch hasn't worked in the three summers we have stayed. Porch ceiling in back is sagging. We donlive staying here and just noticed that over time, there were small things that needed to be addressed. We liked having the newer smart TV, because last year it wasn't and we had to use our own roku. The kitchen needs a larger steamer pot since your guests may go crabbing and want to cook up their catch.

Lovely Beach Retreat

It has two porches you can watch the sunrise and sunsets from and watch the boats come and go. It was clean when we arrived and contained everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It is located close to the water and is situated in a dog friendly area. There is plenty of room to walk your dog, if you bring him/her along. The golf cart is an added bonus and provides another fun way to see the lovely community. The livingroom has a ceiling fan which helped cool the home on the hot afternoons. It would be nice if the ceiling lights in the bedrooms were replaced with ceiling fans.

Fun place to visit

The ceiling fans on the porch, front and back or broken, the bed dipped down on either side, so there was a big lump in the middle, but it was bearable, other than that everything about the house was absolutely fantastic. The golf carts could use some updating , we had a problem with the first one had no headlights, and the second one had no light to tell you whether you were running out of power or not, so it was a guessing game. The area was lots of fun. I think there should be an option for early check-in, because 4 o’clock is a little bit late. It’s great that Giant the grocery store delivers to the area and you can set the time for after you check in. I would definitely recommend staying in pot nets for sure.

Great location, very clean and community amenities were amazing. our only issue was our golf cart charger was broken, which was to be a huge part of our Pot Nets experience. We were told the cart maintenance team doesn't work on weekend so we had no cart for most of our stay and were told they are "complimentary", so we were not able to receive any type of credit for this inconvenience which we found very disappointing.

The location is nice and we love how you can see the boats come in and out while sitting on the back porch. The rental itself is beautiful, well stocked with dishes,etc.and clean and close(but not too close)to all the action from the Paradise Grill. We all love the access to a free golf cart for the week..esp.our grandchildren! We all love everything about it and can't wait to go back next year!
