Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Pot-Nets and particularly this house. It does our family and a great location. Everything was perfect except the hot water heater malfunctioned the first day we were there and had to get assistance from management to get it working again. Overall-it was a great week!

Greeat vacation home

Wonderful gathering spaces and room to unwind

Our visit to 489 Salty Air was full of surprises. The rooms were large, clean and nicely decorated. Each of the bedrooms had a bath attached for privacy. There were many things to do such as walk the beach and docks, swim in the pool, visit Paradiseeateries or play games on the large porch. The view overlooking the bay was wonderful. We were lucky to catch the 4th of July fireworks.

Great location

The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 8 of us including 2 small children and everyone had their own space. The kids had a blast riding around in the golf cart. Being able to walk to paradise grill was a nice bonus.

Winter sunsets!

Awesome property, perfect location, more room than one would ever expect. There were a few minor exceptions but easily overlooked. Bedrooms were more than adequate, however showers although beautiful could have better pressure and hotter water temp. The view was spectacular!

The layout of this home was perfect with each room having its bathroom and king size bed! The proximity to the beach and Paradise was perfect for our split decision group. My fiance really enjoyed morning golf cart rides checking out the community - so much that he hasn’t stopped talking about us buying a house in Bayside since we left. We’ve already started talking about coming back for another week in September!

Just OK

The house (modular home) is in a trailer park and pre-manufactured homes site. Home was located near Paradise Grill which is loud on weekends and they play music until 11pm. The floor was coming up in several spots in kitchen and very dirty throughout the unit. Was about 45 minutes to Rehoboth Beach as traffic is very heavy in the summer. We will look for a different place next time in Delaware.

Unfortunately we were awaken by construction work at 7 a.m. I was in the back bedroom and 20 feet from my head was a backhoe digging. It was going forward and beeping backwards continuously for an hour. I paid extra for my two dogs that were going crazy. I was so looking forward to sleeping in-ugh! I called to report it and they said they can’t control when they work on the property. I asked if they would return the dog fee that I paid? The response was “I’ll think about it.” They must be still thinking didn’t receive a reimbursement and I left the place the way I found it.

RelaxingOff season visit

The only problem was the cleanliness and a few broken things such as cabinets and bed frames. The master bedroom bed was coated in black animal hair, it was all over the blanket, pillow and mattress protector. We had to ask for it to all be switched out. The house itself clearly had been sitting empty due to the season as it had layers of dust and the floors had to be swept when I got there. The golf cart headlights were blown on one side and the grill barely worked. I will stay there again but with high hopes that next time the house will be clean and everything in working order.

Baywood Green Wedding Rental

The afterparty was held at Paradise Grill, which was a 3 minute golf cart ride, 6 minute walk. The golf cart was amazing, we cruised around all weekend. My friends, family and I had never been here and it was a wonderful place to stay. Would be excellent for a large family reunion, wedding or vacation. The house was clean and well stocked, we were plesantly suprised to find soap, dish washer tablets and laundry pods to get us started. It was affordable and SO SPACIOUS. Only recommendation I have is to explicitly say what is not provided. We enjoyed the pools, the beach area, golf carts and Paradise Grill. This house was great for accomodating large groups, we had only four couples stay at the house but hosted a large number for meals. The driveway had plenty of parking and the overflow lot was close by. Overall, this was a great place to rent, I wanted to buy the property!
