EVERYTHING IN TOWN AT YOUR FINGERTIPS!
5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 1 full kitchen, 1 kitchenette with bar sink, 1 office/storage bedroomroom house just minutes walking distance to all restaurants, sports bars, shops and beautiful beaches in the heart of kona! Just up a hill in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise in a very peaceful area yet close to town! A perfect spot!
A spacious 2500 sq. ft. two story house. On top, a lookout patio with stairway and downstairs a covered patio with bbq.
Access to washer and dryer. Private parking on premises. A four burner webber barbecue. Trash and recycle area.
Combination key pad to enter the house, often we may check our guests in personally with our manager when available. If there is anything that our guests need, if there are any problems or malfunctions, he is just a phone call away to resolve the problem. AC available in the living room area on both levels during the summer months. AC turned off for the winter months unless arranged.
Our neighborhood is away from the main highway, up a little hill in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. All the neighbors are very quiet and respectful to everyone. Tall banyan and ficus trees give a private feeling.
Public transportation is offered just down the street at the local bus stop about 5 minutes walking distance. Rental vehicles available for rent at the Kona airport by reservation. Rentals also available for Keiki (baby/infint/child) i.e. strollers, pack n play, cribs, car seats etc.

Originally from Southern California, both Jeri and Steve met here on the Big Island in the early seventies. Married since 1979, and have a son named Chris. Our love for the ocean and island life has kept us here ever since. Come and enjoy a relaxing getaway.

Why they chose this property

We love the location close to town, where the beach is just a few minutes walking distance. Shops and restaurants are endless fun, and the Farmer's Market provides local fruits and vegetables, flowers, and local gift shopping.

What makes this property unique

The view from the upper floor is beautiful, with the blue water sunsets, and with a classic view of the mountainside as well. The covered downstairs patio is a place to be outside with privacy. It is a nice cool, quiet, hilltop compound, where you can relax. The driveway is lined with banana trees fresh to pick from. The neighborhood is very quiet with lots of shade. It is a very unique place, which made us fall in love with it!!
