The location was close to airport and 12 minutes away from the beach. We had a ocean view from patio. The house is spacious and cozy. My family and friends had a wonderful stay. The host responded quickly and was very sweet!

I love creating a delightful affordable worry free tropical vacation with adventure and relaxation for my guests. I've stayed in many VRBO and Airbnb homes, and know what is important to a traveler. I keep the home well stocked with snaks and cold water for your arrival.

Why they chose this property

I choose a home close to the airport (just 7 minutes), close to Kona, and easy access to the best resorts and beaches to the north. The home is in a quiet tropical neighborhood with an empty wooded lot behind the home. The home is located 900' above sea level on Hualalai Mountain. The location is sunny and warm, with cool mountain breezes.

What makes this property unique

Peaceful, great views, well kept landscaping and tropical flowers. The home has easy access from the driveway. The home is close to everything, the upper highway with easy access to Kona, easy access to the airport, many resorts and beaches. It is also 3 miles from the stunning Kaloko Cloud Forest trail, near Honokohau Harbor and Historic National Park
