Located in the shadows of the Aerial Lift Bridge, enjoy this spacious lakeshore property nestled on the peaceful shores of Lake Superior. Only steps from the Aerial Lift Bridge in highly-desirable Park Point, experience Duluth from a front door only steps away from bustling from Duluth's vibrant Canal Park and the Lake Walk that offers miles of scenic walking, running or biking trails.

Relax and enjoy the stunning views from this spacious and immaculate three-bedroom home. Watch boats and freighters navigate the harbor up close from your private deck or grab the binoculars and watch them from your beach chairs as you sit on the sandy shore of the beach located directly behind the house.

Fall asleep to the lakeshore breezes and soothing foghorns from the master bedroom overlooking Lake Superior. Two additional bedrooms offer sleeping accommodations for up to six guests.

An upper-level family room with a large deck overlooking the lake or mingle downstairs in the kitchen with a second walk-out deck that leads down to the beach.

Three bedrooms (one master suite, one with queen bed, and one with two twin beds - all on the upper level). Two bathrooms (one with tub/shower on the upper level, one with shower on the main level).

Wifi internet throughout the house. Two updated televisions with cable, streaming services (such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.), and a wide variety of DVD's.

The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware and kitchen table that seats eight comfortably. An additional dining room table in the dining room seats up to six more guests.

Washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, and dishwasher/laundry detergent included.

The property is wonderful! Three bedrooms, a sitting room with a fireplace, wet bar, second story deck including chairs and a table offer the perfect view of the lake and Canal. The lower deck, kitchen, dining room and parlor are downstairs. The accomodations are great. Very easy walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner and shops just over the bridge to canal park. We took the train ride to Two Harbors. Next time is a boat cruise!
