Nice appartment close to Solden

A very nice and cosy appartment. Enough rooms and bathrooms for 6 persons. Allthough the kitchen is pretty small, but you can see that on the pictures. We had a wonderfull time. 10 min to the gaislachbahnen by car. Enough space to park. A very good experience

warm and comfortable

Very comfortable appartment for 9 people staying in early December 2017.Good location to enjoy the two ski resorts of Solden and Obergurgl. Only one criticism was the size of the kitchen which wasn't really big enough to cater for the party number. .The electric hobs had barely enough room to hold two pans at the same time..

Thank you for your review and for your visit. While I feel my apartment comfortably sleeps 8, it is fair to say that both the kitchen and lounge are small for a group of this size. As I can’t easily alter the structure of the apartment, I try to be clear about this limitation with larger groups to avoid disappointment, especially if they expect to do a lot of eating and socialising in the apartment. I didn’t specifically do this in your case as your booking was only for 6 people, and this was perhaps an error. I will review the property description and update where this topic is not clear.

War alles bestens :-). Super freundliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. War mit Kindern perfekt, da Wohnung über Aufzug erreichbar und schöner Kinderspielplatz direkt gegenüber vom Haus ist. Hochstuhl gab es auch.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich.Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön.Es war auch ganz praktisch das ein lift da war,weil wir die Wohnung ganz oben hatten.Küche ist mit allem gut ausgestattet, der einzige punkt,was ich nicht empfehlen würde, mit 9 (5 Erw und 4 Kinder)Personen wie wir dort einzuziehen weil die Küche sehr klein ist.Ich würde sagen 6 Personen max. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Sehr nette Hosts die super hilfsbereit sind. Die Wohung ist sehr neu und schön. Der Aufenthalts Bereich und die Küche reichen aus, wenn man als Gruppe plant größtenteils außerhalb zu essen.

8p appartement?

naar ons idee hadden wij een 8p appartement geboekt. dat is het naar ons idee niet. de keuken is erg klein, aantal pannen is zeer beperkt en sommige zijn niet te gebruiken ivm beschadiging bodem. koffiekopjes misten wij. er staat één bank in de woonkamer waar 4p op kunnen zitten en geen 8. de overige 4 zouden dan op eettafelstoelen moeten zitten. wij waren met 4p dan is het te doen maar de keuken vonden wij ook met 4 erg krap (2 pitten om te koken waarbij je geen twee grote (koeke)pannen kunt gebruiken maar één grote en één kleine. wij zouden dit appartement niet adviseren voor 8p.

Pourrait être mieux

Logement propre et bien placé par rapport à la station de bus. Les chambres et salles de bain sont super par contre la cuisine et l’espace de vie est beaucoup trop petit. Le logement est annoncé jusqu’à 8 personnes. Nous étions 5 et on était limité à l’étroit. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine et l’équipement. Il y a 2 petites gamelles même pas suffisante pour cuir des pâtes pour 5 personnes. 2 plaques toutes petites et un petit évier… c’est serré! Idem pour la vaisselle, 4 verres à bière (et pas les même), assiettes verre à vin/eau le minimum du minimum ! Pour un logement à ce prix c’est inacceptable ! Dommage car le reste est bien.

Schöne FeWo in guter Lage

FeWo ist sehr schön. Wohnbereich insbesondere Küche für 8 Personen etwas beengt, aber machbar. Schlafzimmer Bad okay. Ausstattung etwas dürftig. Ein/zwei Wäschestander und Sitzgelegenheiten für die Balkone wären nicht schlecht. Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr gut. Gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Aussicht und Lage

Gut geschnitten Wohnung mit 3 tollen Schlafzimmern (obwohl Küche und Wohnzimmer eher klein sind fanden wir alle 4 Erwachsene,1 Kind und 2 Kleinkinder genug Platz). Lage war für uns perfekt und einfach nur ein Traum. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben immer zeitnah geantwortet bei Rückfragen und waren super flexibel bezüglich der geplanten Anreise! Einchecken einfach gemacht kann ich nur positive hervorheben ganz ohne Stress und Probleme kamen wir an die Schlüssel und dank dem Aufzug war auch alles schnell an die Wohnungstür gebracht. Die Aussicht vom Balkon, für uns unser Highlight! Leider war die Wohnung nicht ganz so sauber wie erhofft aber diese Info ging bereits an die Vermieter die uns Info gaben das sie sich mit der Reinigungsfirma welche das Appartment reinigen nochmal in Verbindung setzten das es zukünftig besser läuft. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Mooie nette woning, alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Locatie is goed, 5 minuten met de skibus naar de piste. Met 9 personen, 4 volwassenen en 5 pubers wel een beetje krap maar het ging prima.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Zwieselstein. Küche sehr klein für 7Personen, aber gut ausgestattet. Hätten uns noch Sitzgelegenheiten für den Balkon gewünscht. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten Toplage. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Het appartement is goed gelegen met prachtig uitzicht, naar skigebied Sölden 3km,naar Obergurgl 8km,de slaapkamers zijn top, daar tegen over is de zithoek en keuken klein, dit apparemment is gericht op veel uit gaan eten, als je met kleine kinderen verblijf niet altijd eviedent. Toch was het kwa weer en goeie sneeuw een prachtige vakantie.

Alles zeer goed meegevallen, zowel op voorhand de communicatie en info via mail als ter laatste zeer tevreden over het logement, alles zoals op site omschreven. Een echte aanrader.
