With a fully equipped kitchen and an abundance of games to entertain the whole family. With just 10 mins from Sölden / 20 mins from Öbergurgl, 1 minute walk to local free ski bus you hit the slopes within no time.

We’re so excited to be welcoming you to stay in our amazing Mountain Space. We’ve stylishly and lovingly furnished our apartment with the best of Berlin design, photography from local artists & underfloor heating throughout. Sleeps 2 to 6 people. Ideal for families / couples. (NO partying!)

With stunning waterfall and mountain views from the bedroom and living, a huge 100m2 terrace just outside the lively village of Längenfeld and Aquadome (Austria’s largest wellness centre) it’s our dream escape in the mountains, all year round.

Lovely appartment with beautiful views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Space appartment. Kate was very helpful with information both before we arrived and during our visit. The space itself is very comfortable, has beautiful views, and is in a great location for local activites and skiing. The appartment had everything we needed. Our only "complaint" is that we didn't book a longer stay!

Summer at Mountain Space

We just spent 10 days at Mountain Space and had a lovely stay. Our days spent out and about in the Ötztal valley, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, and evenings relaxing at Mountain Space. Mountain Space has all you need for a family stay. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, super clean, and all you need to cater for yourself. After a full on day in the mountains, we could relax on the terrace or chill on the sofa or getting competitive with the stash of board games in the cupboard. It's location was really convenient and we found ourselves hopping on the bus (stop is two mins walk from the apartment) many days using our Summer Card to get about rather than driving. We also cycled into Huben for supplies at the supermarket and bakery, and to Langenfeld to swim or shop and eat ice cream. Thanks Katie for a lovely stay, we hope to return one day, perhaps for a winter trip!

We are a family of 4 from London but live in Berlin, who LOVE to travel and discover new places. We share a passion for snowboarding and have boarded in some of the snowiest resorts in the world. We however particularly ADORE this small part of the world: our Tyrolean Alps, as they provide us with all-year, outdoor fun activities surrounded by nice people and 3 major ski resorts - so we're sure we won't get bored.

Why they chose this property

Mountain Space is our home from home - which offers families and small group of friends an ideal opportunity to spend quality time together. It's bigger than most apartments and designed to a high spec, with high quality bedding and furnishings. With afternoon / evening sun and enough space on 100m2 terrace for you to find a moment to yourself and enjoy the spectacular mountain and waterfall views (in summer)

What makes this property unique

Mountain views, 2 large bedrooms. The second bedroom can be set up for 2 to 4 / 6 people in comfortable single beds. The 100m2 sunny terrace offers peace and tranquillity and views of mountains and waterfalls. Take your coffee on to the terrace, along with a blanket and sit back and relax to enjoy the moment.

If desired, as a host I give you all the best ideas for days out for dry sunny days or wet weather options. And of course will give you the local knowledge of best restaurants (tried and tested!) in the area.

There are games at the house, a Wii console, a trampoline and some gorgeous coffee table books to enjoy.

The apartment is close to Laengenfeld's supermarkets, restaurants and Aquadome (Austria's largest sauna and wellness complex), which forms a great base for all outdoor activities.

There is a large folder with flyers on recommended day trips, reviewed by us and others. And of course a welcome pack to make you feel at home. Fresh bedding and towels provided upon arrival.
