Villa was excellent...spotlessly clean...close to shops restaurants and pubs...also close to old town and beaches... all within walking distance... one of the best villas we have stayed at in PDC...had everything we needed and the pool was great and heated..also greeted with a nice complementary pack in fridge on arrival... hosts were great to deal with and responded to any questions I had... we loved our 10 days at this villa

Brilliant villa, had everything you need. Comfortable beds and bathrooms are good, Kitchen is spacious and is well equipped. This property exceeded expectations. Facilities are great, pool is big enough but also great for kids as the depth has a ledge round the inside to limit the depth at the sides. Television has smart access to Netflix and YouTube helpful for the kids. The villa is situated at the top of the Puerto Del Carmen old town so if you don't like walking up and down hills a car or using taxis would be recommended.

Excellent, 10/10 stay at this lovely villa. We stayed for 2 weeks. This Villa has everything you will need, well equipped kitchen and very clean. Nice quiet area within walking distance from bars and restaurants. thoughtful welcoming items. Communication excellent from start to finish thank you for everything, would definitely recommend this villa and would definitely come again.

Brilliant Location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious villa, which is in a quiet location, yet only a few minutes by car from the resort. The nearby El Toro restaurant is a must for authentic Spanish dining, whilst the old town offers a host of bars and cafes for all your needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Small and clean has most things you require for a holiday base, would have liked a safe in the property, in a nice quiet area close to most of amenities.

Thanks for the review David. The safe is obviously too well hidden! There is a safe key included on the villa key ring which ironically you were probably carrying around! Ask Louise where the safe is hidden if you come for another stay.

Lovely large bungalow in a quiet area.There was a good welcome pack to start us off which was gratefully received.The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom had a lovely ensuite.Great internet to stay connected.Outside space was nice with umbrellas for shade by the sunbeds, but maybe something needed for the patio area as it's in full sun from the afternoon.Also maybe a couple of small tables to use by the sunbeds as any drinks had to be placed on the floor.There were fans but I would recommend to replace as they were quite rusty. However they did work so we kept cool.You do need a car but we were aware of this and it was fine for us as.We had a late flight home and we were able to stay later which we were very grateful. We had a lovely time and would recommend Sharon's villa

Just returned from a fabulous week at Casa Caldera. Villa was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. It was spotless when we arrived and had a lovely welcome pack. Louise met us when we arrived and we were very fortunate to be allowed early access due to an early morning flight. We shall definitely return to this wonderful villa

Perfect villa

The villa was great, enough space, large kitchen, rooms were good, one en suite, ideal for my parents (86 and 92). Kitchen was well equiped and complete. The pool was great, heated water was nice. We had a really nice stay, qualitytime with my parents.

Excellent villa

Stayed at the villa over Christmas and New Year, villa as seen in photos, great location for us as we know PDC well and the walk into town only takes about 15 minutes. Hosts were brilliant in allowing us to check in early. It has everything you need and the welcome package was lovely. Would highly recommend

Good Villa!

The Villa for us was very good, it had all the facilities we require and expect from a good property. We have been using villas for around 30 years now as a family and as a couple and this villa would sit fairly high on the good list of villas that we have used over the years.

Villa was lovely, spacious and spotless, pool was great as it was heated. It had all you would ever need towels, utensils etc and a really nice touch from owner/manager who left water, biscuits and a bottle of wine for our arrival. I would say that in some places is in need of updating i.e. small rugs in every room which were very slippery and a trip hazard, some kitchen cupboards had bits of wood falling off and the pool really needs a good deep clean and repainted.

We stayed at the villa in July and instructed our maintenance people to paint it and re-surface the pool during the next rental void period, this work is currently underway and will be complete in November. Regarding the rugs, you are the first guest to consider these a hazard and I would suggest to future guests if they too consider these a hazard to remove them. I will look into and repair the kitchen cupboards. Thanks again, Dave

Great villa

Great villa in quiet location above Puerto Del Carmen. Had everything we needed. A short walk from good restaurants & a supermarket. Nice touch of a few essentials in the fridge & kitchen on arrival. Flexibility on timing of arrival & departure was much appreciated.

Very enjoyable stay

Villa was easy to access on arrival. Cleanliness of villa was excellent. The manager Louise visited the next day and was very helpful.The villa was very comfortable and well stocked with amenities. The fridge on arrival had water milk orange juice etc which was very helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay.

August 18th to September 1 2019

We have stayed in a few villas on Lanzarote over the years and, for us, this is probably the best. It is well equipped, spotlessly clean and very well positioned in a quiet neighbourhood, Within walking distance to the centre of Puerto del Carmen or 5€ by taxi. A fabulous base for a fantastic holiday, we are booking again.

Week in the sun

The Villa was perfect for a quiet week in the sun. It’s equipped with everything you need and even made use of the washing machine. The welcome pack was a nice touch. If I was to suggest anything it would perhaps be soap dishes in the bathrooms but it’s a great place to stay. Will book again.

The villa is fantastic value for money . Set at the back of the resort about 25mins walk in to the main resort or 15 mins in to the harbour. Great size for six people age range 16-70. The pool area is plenty big enough with space around the pool and the pool itself plenty big enough. The villa was clean and fully equipped for a self catering stay. The only slight criticism if any was that the pergola is not covered but the umbrellas provided did the job.
