Property is in a good location just short a walk to beach and restaurants, well equipped and comfortable, villa pool area in sunlight all through the day and with parasols for shade, very good communication with the host and property manager Chris and Karen,would recommend this property for a relaxing holiday and would revisit in the future.

What a fantastic villa, has everything you need and Chris and Karen are on hand for anything queries you may have. The villa was spotless when we arrived and whole place is a great size with a large pool. It’s a less than 10 minute walk to the front and the beach and far enough away so it’s so peaceful and can’t hear any noise. Perfect in every way and can’t recommend highly enough! We will 100% return

Villa Colonia is equipped with everything you need even down to a few inflatables for the pool.Everything was clean and tidy. We were provided with a small welcome pack which was a blessing as we arrived late. There is a welcome book with all the essential information you need in.You are within 5-10 minute walk to the seafront, bars & shops. Thank you for a lovely relaxing week in the sun

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Or is a little walk away from the strip but not too far. Karen and Chris were excellent, could not fault them whatsoever.

Lovely Villa

This villa is in a perfect location easy to walk to the main area but also in a quiet area , very clean really good hosts with very good communication. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return in the future

Fantastic villa , very helpful, accommodating hosts , let us drop our luggage off early as we had an early arrival , we were then free to roam whilst they got the villa ready , when we returned it was super clean and smelt fresh ! Great location , loved the pool area and all furnishings were bery comfortable. . We will return

Nice villa, good location, great people supporting and helping us. Disappointed we didn’t have any hot water all week due to solar powered heating wasn’t working effectively. This was compounded by the fact we paid an extra 78 for heating the pool which we discovered used solar power suggesting that was diverted away from the hot water heating

I'm very sorry that the hot water wasn't working. If the sun doesn't heat it enough an electric heater is supposed to take over - I'll look into why this didn't work. In fact the swimming pool heating isn't solar. It's purely electric heating which is why we charge for the electricity. It's completely separate from the house hot water. I'm glad you appreciated the rest of the villa and I hope the poor house hot water didn't spoil your stay,

Amazing Villa

We had a lovely stay in the villa it was home from home.The villa had everything , pool area was fab with plenty of seating , beds etc.Inside the villa was so nice and clean with plenty of space .Location is very good and could not of aske dfor a better place to stay .the welcome pack came i handy straight away as we were dying for a beer.
