Villa Colonia is a detached Villa that offers luxury holiday accommodation in a peaceful premier location of detached villas close to all the main resort amenities. Only a 5 minute walk from the beaches and Avenida La Playa near all the shops and restaurants unlike other residential areas in the town. You will be nearby to the amenities to enjoy a drink and evening out.

Villa Colonia, is on a corner plot, it is set in its private walled secure garden there is a sun terrace and an heated swimming pool, BBQ and spacious terraced dining area and entertaining area and garden. The beaches are also a 5 minute walk away, so it is very convenient for your holiday.

This Villa has contemporary furniture and it is modern, light and airy and well maintained.

At Villa Colonia you will be welcomed upon arrival. Our hosts will show you around the and can answer questions you might have.

Additionally we offer you a free a welcome pack of food and drink essentials for your arrival.

Directly outside the Villa, there is free on street parking. Taxis typically cost 15-18 Euros from the airport.

Covered balcony area through patio doors with dining table and chairs. This looks over the pool and the terrace. It is easy to shut and lock thi area if this is not needed.

All this outdoor space is private it is a corner plot and therefore larger than the other villas. The Villa has its own secure walled garden, with security gate. It is a lovely space to relax and enjoy the sun and family time.

Extras… welcome pack, beach towels, baby equipment if needed.
We provide a welcome pack for your enjoyment straight away! A few beers, a bottle of bubbles, bottled water, milk and bread and cheese, cold meats. Tea coffee and sugar. Plus a starter washing up pack.

We provide each guest with a large beach size towel for use in the pool area. We do our best to make your holiday enjoyable and we have great reviews and returning guests.

Situated only 10 minutes walk to the Playa Grande beach and the Playa Avenida, you will find all the frontline Puerto del Carmen bars, restaurants, entertainment, a large variety of shops. There are lots of other beaches on the island, I mention the nearest ones. Feel free to explore the island yourselves.

If you like shopping there are plenty in the Biosfera Plaza shopping Centre, and down the Avenida plus lots of cafes and restaurants and an outdoor cinema.

In Puerto Del Carmen there is a full variety of restaurants and bars. There is something for everyone...Spanish, British, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Thai.

Food shopping…
For your immediate food essentials there is a local supermarket round the corner.
For the larger shop there is a new Mercadona and a Lidl supermarket both with parking.

For family entertainment there is the Texas Rancho theme park and zoo, for a fun day out. There are action packed days on Dune Buggies, (bring your driving license), and plenty of water sports or hiking or cycling. There is also horse riding and camel riding too !

There are water taxis from Puerto Del Carmen Harbour to Fuerteventura, and Sea Safaris for a chance at spotting a dolphin or a whale.

If you fancy a gentle stroll along the Avenida it is a flat walk and you can stop a different cafe bar or a restaurant everyday. There are beautiful sunsets showcasing the volcanic mountain landscape.

Markets are in Puerto Colero and in the town of Teguise (not Costa Teguise) for a range of souvenirs and clothing and leather goods.

Please note…

We have a no smoking policy inside the villa. Smoking outside is permitted but any damage and burns to in/outdoor furniture will affect your deposit.
*Air conditioning is available in the lounge area and the master bedroom. (Euro coin operated).
*Pool heating is available upon request at the time of booking. (13 Euro per day). Please let us know at the time of booking if you want this.
*We are VV Licensed.
* At Villa Colonia we are a primarily suited to bookings for families and couples who want to relax and have privacy close to all the conveniences in Puerto Del Carmen. NO PARTY GROUPS.
***We do not accept Hen or Stag Party bookings or similar groups of people who want a party venue***. We do reserve the right to refuse these bookings.

We welcome guests who are mindful and respectful of our neighbours regarding noise etc. The villa is in a pleasant peaceful area.

Check-in time is 16:00 and checkout time is 10:00.

Unfortunately it is not our policy to store luggage for early arrival or later departure than the times set out above.

Some of our guests do opt to accommodate their flight times by booking and paying for the villa for the extra day if needed. We have done the same when on holiday ourselves to make our holiday experience smooth with our chosen flights.
