This private villa, will make you feel safe and secure, and you will definitely enjoy the wonderful view and serenity that this Villa has to offer. Many activities, restaurants, casinos and more are just minutes away from our location. Harmony Villa will be your home away from home, and at the same time you will have a personalized service for your requests and to guide you with information about all the activities and places that you must experience on our lovely island.
Harmony Villa is located in Terres Basses, an exclusive residential area at the south of San Martin, French side of the Island, fully secure and 5 minutes walking distance from Baie Rouge, one of the most stunning and quite beaches in San Martin.
Harmony, is a 15 minutes driving from the airport, and 5 minutes driving from a shopping center and restaurants. It has a breathtaking view from the ocean and Marigot.

Amazing property!

My family stayed for a week and the stay was wonderful! Angie was the best! We were able to connect with her when needed and she was so gracious and helpful. The views from Harmony Villa are amazing and the pool is beautiful. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we return.

Amazing place to stay!

We had such a great time at this villa! It's in a premium neighborhood, centrally-located on the island, and it offers such a beautiful view of the water and Marigot while you're relaxing by the pool. The property host, Angie, was easily accessible, friendly, and accommodative whenever we reached out to her. We've been to the island multiple times and would definitely stay here again. A 5-star place!

Idealic!

Beautiful home with lush tropical surroundings. Perfect size for our family. Two beaches within an easy walk to explore. Nice plunge pool and wonderful host. Loved sitting outside in the mornings and evenings listening to music and feeling the winds!

Perfect place to call home on our vacation to St. Martin

We just returned from our stay at Harmony Villa. First, our house manager Angie, was incredible. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was modern and clean with plenty of room for our family. We loved spending time in the pool with the beautiful view. The location was close to beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Exceptional villa experience

We had such a special time in this beautiful villa. Angie was responsive and really delightful to meet. We just had a couple of issues with an appliances and they were so quick to get us a replacement. We loved in particular how the villa was decorated and also the toiletries and the bed linens. What a special place, can't wait to return.

Luxury and peace

Amazing house in a quiet and safe neighborhood with everything you need inside/outside the house. The pool with the view of the bay while you eat outside is the highlight of this property. Angie was replay professional and communication number one

EXCELLENT

Great location secure and convenient Angie was so nice she was on top of every detail, great service. Home is 5 min walking from Baie Rouge one of the most beautiful beaches at Saint Marteen. I will definitely return to this home nice view pool was perfect temperature, 3 complete bedrooms with bathroom nicely decorated. The only problem was that the majority of stores and restaurants were close is better not to travel on September.

Perfect Villa!

This villa was perfect for our family. So convenient to have bathrooms in each bedroom especially when travelling with teenagers. The villa is very well stocked with everything you may need for cooking, etc. We did like the location. It was unfortunate that we got quite a bit of rain while we were there so the mosquitos were particularly bad because of that. The outdoor space is excellent but we could not take advantage of it much because of the bugs. I expect it would not have been as bad without the rain. Would definetaly recommend this property!

Communication with property manager is a 10 star

Each review says how wonderful Angie is and that is the absolute truth. She meets you at the property and takes absolute care of you for the week. The home is clean and kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Mosquitoes are a pesky - so bring repellant. Also a note just FYI... the deep end of the pool is by the steps.

Amazing Villa

From before we arrived Angie was very communicative about the check in process and offered many of her services like car rental or transportation from and to place. She met us for check in and unlike any other place I rented there was plenty of toiletries and they even had plenty of water, coffee, and a few other things you don’t usually get from rentals. The Villa was beautiful, very cozy, and had great views of the island. Best sunset and moonrise views. I can go on and on about everything we loved about the Villa but you just have to go stay there and see for yourself. I almost didn't want to write a review in fear that next time we want to go it would be booked. Thanks again Angie for your hospitality and we’ll be back for sure.

Spectacular setting in superb location!

Our group of 4 adults spent one week at this wonderful villa and would return in a heartbeat. Located on a quiet private road in a gated community, the exterior terrasse offers great views of the nearby bay. We spent much of our time lounging on the outdoor terrace and had all our meals there - admiring the view. The private pool was welcoming and the nearby beach is one of the nicest on the island. The villa was recently tastefully renovated and has great bedding and a well-equipped kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms had its own beautiful bathroom. Five-minutes away are excellent French restaurants, a terrific pastry shop and convenient grocery store. We had previously stayed on the Dutch side of the island and found this location to be far superior. The owners were very accommodating and helpful in helping us plan our stay.

Fabulous Home and Location

We had a wonderful family vacation at the beautiful home which is in a perfect location for everything on the Island. The house had everything we needed, kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed using the bbq as well. Angie is a perfect hostess, excellent communication from the beginning of our booking throughout our entire stay. The view is amazing and we loved being outside for meals, visiting and relaxing. The only negative was the mosquitoes, they have a good “zapper” and lots of spray to help. It’s an easy short walk to the beach and we were provided with a couple of chairs, ice chest and beach towels. The house is in a private gated community and also a gated entrance - easy to park your car inside and we felt totally safe, it’s very private and quiet. We loved everything about our stay and Angie is awesome to work with….thanks for making our family vacation so special! We hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely Island Experience!

Harmony Villa was simply perfect for our vacation (4 adults)--the home itself is so charming--the layout, amenities and the decor. The outdoor area and pool were exquisite for those looking to enjoy the stunning view, dine al fresco or swim--all with privacy due to the lush landscaping. It was the ultimate place of relaxation for us, with gorgeous breezes to cool you on even the warmest days. I can't say enough about this place, other than wishing for a similar home for myself in such a beautiful location one day soon. In addition to how exquisite the whole property was, the convenient location to Baie Rouge, stores for wine, cheese and amazing croissants and other pastries!) and a quick ride to the airport and areas of Cupecoy and Maho for dining made it even better. To top all of this off, the personal attention given by Angie the property manager was outstanding! She greeted us on arrival with a fridge stocked with beverages to get us started and some snacks. She coordinated a fishing excursion for us, our taxi needs and COVID testing at the villa. She was extremely thoughtful when an unfortunate family medical event caused one friend to depart only 2 days into the vacation. Her responses were always very quick and she often just checked in via text to make sure we were doing well--such a lovely person we hope to see again! We absolutely cannot wait to return to Harmony!!

Superb!

We were impressed every step of the way. All of our questions were answered promptly. This was the cleanest home we have ever rented and it was very well taken care of. We truly felt pampered and enjoyed relaxing and finding adventures on the island.
