Beautiful, certified historic property, huge rooms. Enormous private pool, 6 seat jacuzzi area. This is not just an investment property, but an actual historic landmark home. We welcome those who can respect and understand what is required of an historic property. This 1870s Arts and Crafts single-family home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 2nd bath is split bath with half bath just inside from unheated pool / heated jacuzzi area and outdoor shower just outside the door per photos. Nothing else like it. Huge home steps to St Charles Avenue, a CRAZY array of fantastic restaurants, 10 mins to the French Quarter, downtown, or Garden District Less than fifty Arts and crafts homes in the city and this is the only one I know of that can be rented short term.
