ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Situated overlooking the River Dranse, the modern and spacious property is a one minute walk from the main ski bus stops and also the fantastic bars and restaurants by the church. It is also very close to the main supermarket.

The large open plan living room makes this an extremely spacious property and all of the bedrooms are also a good size.

There is a small outside area and ample parking for one car

One of the bedrooms is en suite but there are also two other bathrooms to service the other two bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of a twin, a double (that can also be a twin) and a large quad room with two single beds and bunk bed.

There is a large boot room for your skis/boards/boots or bikes which is heated in the winter.

This property would be perfect for either families or groups of friends.

Lovely stay, just as described.

Very nice stay, was a great location. Local to all the restaurants and bars, we spent a lot of time out so we didn’t notice it but the apartment was on the ground floor and next to a busy road. If you’re a quiet bunch and spend a lot of time in the lounge it’s something to note but it never bothered us at all. The house was clean and well presented, showers were lovely and kitchen was well equipped. Overall couldn’t recommend this stay enough we all loved it! Thanks again

This is a modern well equipped apartment very handy for the ski shuttle bus, boulangerie and supermarket. The centre of Morzine is 5-10 mins walk. The beds are comfy and the kitchen well equipped. The service from Alptitude was great: when there was a radiator not working it was replaced the same day. Responses from Ben were prompt. I followed their advice of using All Mountain ski hire which was great as we got our skis as we were unpacking. I would firmly recommend this apartment.

We had a lovely stay here, the location is great, close to the action and walking distance to a good size Carrefour. Nice modern decor and comfy beds

the apartment despite being nice inside is situated on ground floor of the chalet and just 1m away from a very heavy traffic road to Avoriaz. It is noisy and you can not even think of opening windows of the living room or having a quiet night in the room on the street side. This was not mentioned on the website. The car park access is also almost impossible and can not park 2 cars

Great location in Morzine centre, great service from Alptitude Chalets Morzine...

Really impressed with the level of service we received from enquiry stage until the end, Ben and Beth at Alptitude Chalets were so helpful with everything we needed. La Dranse One is a fab location near the supermarket and the village centre. It's a lovely spacious apartment and was really clean when we arrived.. WE'll be back!
