17 Espadin is a 3 bedroom Villa, which sleeps 6 and includes free wi-fi internet access. Outside is a beautiful patio area with BBQ and one of the largest private saltwater pools on the complex **POOL HEATING IS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL UPON REQUEST**.

This property is set on the La Torre Golf resort complex, with an 18 hole golf course, on-site tennis courts, children’s play areas, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The La Torre resort is 15 mins from Mar Menor beaches and 20 mins from Murcia city. Superb location for a golf or family holiday. The villa is situated in quiet road with off street parking. Direct flights from UK to San Javier, Murcia (15 mins), or Alicante (45 mins).

Wristbands are provided for use of on-site facilities. PLEASE NOTE **MISSING WRISTBANDS ARE CHARGEABLE AT £50 PER WRISTBAND** This will be taken from the security deposit should any of these not be returned.
