PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Great house, amazing location

A big, open, well appointed house directly overlooking a gorgeous section of coast. Close enough to Koloa and Poipu to have attractions in easy striking distance, but outside all the overwhelming hustle. We had a fantastic time.

Beautiful House

5 Star location on the shore, 15 feet from the water. Very private and relaxing. Great restaurants, beaches, and golf nearby, well equipped kitchen.

Great house right on waters edge

A beautiful location with the ocean just off the deck. Saw whales in the distance and could see spouting horn just through the trees on adjoining property. Easy walking distance to beach although no actual beach on the property. Would certainly consider returning

Exactly what we wanted

The location and house were exactly as advertised. In fact, when we opened the door and first walked in we all went 'WHOA!' as the view is spectacular and the great room concept was perfect for us. We saw turtles daily from the deck, whales, boats, kayakers, SUP'ers - and the location close to Poipu was exactly what we wanted. The grill is even a good quality Weber and we had some excellent Ahi steaks. Well-appointed kitchen with lots of the 'extra touches' that made it functional and friendly. The listing had a hot tub, and we saw where a hot tub used to be below the house but when we visited it was just a concrete pad with no hot tub. A little disappointing, but the rest of the house and location made us forget about it straight away. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to! Family of 5 + 1 friend + 2 parents from Oregon

Great location and beautiful view

Wow! You couldn’t ask for a better spot - right on the water, absolutely amazing and breathtaking. We walked through the front door and could see straight through to the ocean. The kitchen is also stocked with anything you would need for a week including a bag of great coffee (thank you!). There are beach towels available as well. All of the rooms are spacious and adequately provide storage for the week. With all the good, I do wish I would have been aware of a few things before booking, and I’m just going to list them out. There is absolutely no beach access - even though some pics make it look like there might be. There are 4 “beach” chairs that do not recline, fold up, etc which makes them super hard to transport. The house is very outdated. It needs some major work. It’s so outdated that showers appear dirty. The bedrooms were all super hot - we reached out to the rental company after the first night via text and voicemail and didn’t get a response until the day before we left. We were there 6 days. For the price, I expected a house that did not require as much TLC as this one does. Again, great location and beautiful view but I don’t think anything has been updated in this house since it was built over 20 years ago.

Great home for 2 families

Loved staying at KiloKilo! Great living spaces, room sizes were more than ideal, and the lanai/view gorgeous! My only suggestion would be to have folding beach chairs to add to the amenities. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed it and will look to stay again!

Great location

Loved the location and view. It is not on a busy part of the island when we were there at the beginning of August. Loved the view. From one of the rooms it looked like you were on a cruise ship.
