House was clean when we arrived and is in a quiet area. A short walk to the beach was great for the kids (and adults!). Very quick responses from Kendra and Louise. Would definitely stay here again!

The home is lovely and modern with absolutely incredible views of the bay, evening sunsets, and colorful sunsets. We are a family of 5 that utilized heavily the well appointed kitchen and made plenty of use of the washer and dryer. The space inside is open, clean, and contemporary. The host added many nice bonuses such as toys, puzzles, and activities for kids in addition to anything and everything you would need for a day at the beach. The property is accessible to anywhere on the island and is centrally located to everything. The short walk to town makes for a nice stroll to dinner, shaved ice for dessert, or some souvenirs shopping. All in all, a great place to stay while visiting the beautiful island of Kauai!

Beautiful property with all the amenities! One of our favorite homes we’ve stayed in for an VRBO. The home was comfortable, the check-in process was smooth and the owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The home has everything you will need for your stay. Located over the water at Kalapaki Bay with multiple balconies. An elevator just a short walk from the home made getting to the beach a snap. Located by a beautiful golf course, shopping, and restaurants as well. The central location in Kauai made getting to activities easier. Definitely book!

We enjoyed our stay - the views of the bay from each floor was lovely. The beds were comfortable, and all the expected amenities were there. We loved that you could walk a short distance to an elevator that took you down to the beach and the resort next door. The owner/property manager was very responsive and fixed issues proactively that their cleaners brought to their attention. We would highly recommend.

The views are incredible, and the elevator down to the Royal Sonesta made beach and pool amenities very easy to access! The ResortPass access was easy to do, but a little spendy, I wish there was a credit included with the listing. Such a beautiful property, I definitely recommend it!

This place was amazing! We were convenient to every place we wanted to go on the island. We could easily get to Waimea and beat the crowds, to Sleeping Giant for a sunrise hike, and it was an easy drive to the north side to spend time at Anini Beach. The view is amazing, and we looked forward to coming back each evening to watch the sun set over the mountains.

We loved this condo....a private bedroom for each of us (3) great views off the balconies...sea turtles, surfers, the bay and beach, rainbows everyday before us, perfect location: could walk to a variety of restaurants, shopping, booked the Royal Sonesta Resort pool when needed, beach just a short walk away and plenty of chairs, etc for lugging to the beach....great stay for our 70th birthdays!
