Located in the heart of Poipu Beach, you have access to all that Poipu Beach has to offer; sandy beaches for swimming and snorkeling, golf, shopping and more. Wake up to the sounds of the sea, watch sea turtles and seasonal whales from your lanai, enjoy spectacular island sunsets, tropical breezes and all in the comfort of your Kauai vacation home.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

The overall experience was excellent. The location is perfect. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the condo. Close to walking path and Poipu Beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Decorated very well and comfy beds. Did not have AC and we were a bit worried until we realized the breeze from the ocean and sound of the surf was all we needed. Hope to stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Poipu. Comfortable beds, great view, and all within a quick 5min walk to the nearby beach and restaurants. The beach supplies such as chairs and bougie boards were also perfect for what we were doing. Definitely recommend.

Everything was awesome. The only thing i would add would be letting us know whether or not you had beach chairs, umbrella or things if you didn’t have, we would have to buy. Awesome place, clean great view very comfortable and the TV was great as we watched the Dodgers beat the Padres :-).

We loved everything about our stay! The unit was very well stocked with just about everything we needed for preparing food, going to the beach etc. The unit was within walking distance from beaches, resorts, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed watching the turtles off the deck down by the pool. We’d love to come back again!

Perfect Location!

We had the best stay!! The condo had everything you need and was so cozy. You also have the most incredible view of the ocean from the patio. We loved being able to cool off at the pool in the evenings and enjoying a drink down on the terrace. This unit was so close to shops, restaurants and is walking distance to the Beach where there is great snorkeling. We can’t wait to return!

Spacious, very well-equipped unit with stellar views from living room, dining room, and large lanai. (Don’t forget to bring binoculars for the whales and other wildlife.) The perfect location

Our plane landed 30 mins early. I texted the property manager and we were able to check in early. The place is gorgeous with incredible views. It was an easy walk to the beaches and an easy drive to anywhere we needed to go. The place was well stocked and really well organized. We will be back!

Amazing Condo in Poipu

We had an amazing stay at the Poipu Palms condo in Poipu during the week of Thanksgiving. The condo was in excellent condition and our actual experience was 100% consistent with the pictures and how the property is represented on VRBO. The condo is within walking distance of amazing beaches and restaurants and it has everything you could ever need to make this your home away from home. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Poipu, as it worked great for our family of four.
