In the heart of the hip casual coastal town of Encinitas and within walking distance to incredible restaurants. Historic Hwy 101 and pristine beaches are only a 2 minute walk away.

This gorgeous home in a high-end neighborhood has recent interior/exterior and tastefully furnished. it is perfect for families and couples. Pet Friendly.

Stairs to the beach are less than 1/2 block away. This home has one of the largest oceanfront entertaining areas on Neptune Avenue.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups and families. Our rental agreement and the city of Encinitas have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before inquiring about the property. This home is located on the 2nd floor. There are two sets of stairs leading to the main entrance of the home.

There is a separate 1 bedroom/1 bath with kitchen, living room and laundry (mother in law apartment) downstairs with it's own private fenced front yard. There are no common areas. This space is currently occupied and not available for rent.

No weddings or receptions are allowed on the property. Maximum number of guests sleeping in home is 6 people for 2 bedroom and 2 people the 1 bedroom downstairs.

The easily accessible, well-located rental was an excellent spot for families looking for quick beach access, a quiet neighborhood, close by coffee shops, and clean/comfortable furnishings. We had a really lovely time, saw dolphins most days, and really enjoyed the outdoor space, it is almost the same footprint as the indoors. We'd love to come back!

Thus house is amazing. The view is truly spectacular!! The bed was super comfortable. We never would hav left except the ideal quiet beach is just footsteps away as is downtown Encinitas with it's great res, and adorable boutiques. The host was super responsive.

This location is spectacular. The home is well appointed, we had no issues and it was a lovely stay. I wish we could have stayed longer in fact. Perfect location with easy beach access. Our family and the pups would love to stay again.

Beautiful views of the ocean! Wonderful to wake up to the sounds of waves each day. House was clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Very quick walk to stone step beach. Host was quick to respond. Amazing markets near by (check out seaside market in Cardiff) Hope to return!

This was a wonderful week of relaxation with family enjoying gorgeous views. We hope to go back soon. It’s a great location with restaurants and stores around. The house had everything we needed for cooking at home. The patio was the best part! Sitting out by the fire pit watching the ocean!

Beautiful property, as we know from two prior visits. Smooth check-in, house was clean and very well stocked. Our only complaint is that all of the knives need to be replaced, not because of sharpness, but rather the stains. This however is not enough to back off of an excellent rating. We will be back (and hope the owners take the constructive advice to replace the knives)!

This little beach home is our very favorite place to stay! We keep coming back with our family year after year. It is in a great location (steps away from beach access), it is just the right size for our family of 5, and it has unbeatable view of the ocean!

Amazing view and close to beach access!

This property is amazing! The view is incredible and the beach access is a 2 min walk. It's close to Leucadia and Encinitas restaurants and close to the highway as well. The Prop Manager is very communicative. Highly recommended!

Great house in Encinitas

Spent about a week with my family of 4 in Encinitas. The view from the house is absolutely amazing. We spent most of the time on the back patio and our dogs loved it! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Holiday Stay in Encinitas

Great outdoor space with plenty of seating, tables, views, sunsets and night skies, all with the comforting warmth of the firepit. The constant sound of waves, pods of dolphins and distant ship traffic made the stay even more memorable. This VRBO had one of the cleanest gas grills that I've seen in years. Walkability score was high with easy access to the Beach and Downtown shopping and restaurants. Finally, Prager Brothers Artisan Bread is a must, but they sell out early.
