Welcome to the Ark-409 Rehoboth Ave, a cute and cozy cottage-style renovated unit that offers comfort and convenience. This two-level, 1-bedroom unit is one of the best and largest 1 bedrooms in the building. It boasts a sunny and bright atmosphere with a front balcony providing views of Rehoboth. Forget about fighting traffic or searching for parking - your stay includes parking for one car and a city sticker for non-metered streets. Meters active May 15th - Sept 15th. You never have to get in the car again once you have arrived and parked. There are bike racks as well in the rear of the building and throughout the city. Several trail brochures are available at the bike stores or online.
Located just a few blocks away (5), you can easily walk to the Beach, restaurants, clubs, shopping, and all of downtown. Just a 1-block stroll in either direction to grab your morning coffee or breakfast at many breakfast cafes or just coffee stops. A little further, 3 blocks is Sunny Bay Cafe (great for breakfast as well). We love all of them. There are more further into the city or in opposite directions. The famous Boardwalk Hotel has great outdoor seating along the boardwalk. (Reservations highly suggested). Other restaurants along the boardwalk also provide water views. Discover the cute little alley connections between streets for easy relaxation getaways. Grab a seat to sip a beverage, ice cream, dessert, and light fare. There is a city bus stop in front of the building that can take you to the famous tax-free Tanger Outlets along Rt 1 or Dewey Beach clubs, entertainment, nightlife, and more.
The unit itself is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. It features amenities such as a Bosch dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and electric stove. A washer/dryer is available for you as well. Entertainment options include two flat-screen TVs and a DVD player. We offer flexible rental options, whether you're looking for a short stay, a weekly, monthly, or off-season stay. The unit has undergone a high-end renovation, distinguishing it from typical beach rentals. It's important to note that this is not a party weekend rental.
We provide discounts for stays of 7 nights or more, repeat guests, and additional discounts for off-season short & long-term stays. The minimum stay is 2 nights during the non-season (November - May 15th), with some exceptions. During the PEAK season (Mid-May-September 30th), weekends require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The City is alive all year long and offers off-season events almost every week.
For those seeking a longer yet short-term rental, we offer that availability during the off-season, shoulder seasons, and post-season. Please note that smoking, vaping, group shares, and subleasing are not permitted. Rental Guest may not bring their pets per condo rules.
As with most rentals in Rehoboth, guests at the ArK should bring their sheets for a queen bed, 2 pillows & towels. Alternatively, you can order them locally from Sheets at the Beach at 302-362-0876.
Upon departure, we ask guests to remove all trash, return furniture and display items to their original positions, load the dishwasher with any remaining dishes, and run it before leaving. A light wipe down of kitchen and bathroom countertops, and ensure pots and pans are cleaned. We also provide a final deep sanitization and cleaning wipe-down of hard surfaces, including countertops, handles, light switches, knobs, and shelves. Hand-pump sanitizers are supplied for guest use. (Key features: 1 bedroom, located in town, within walking distance to the beach and shops, parking included, and fully equipped! There is no sense in fighting traffic out on Rt1, finding and paying for parking. We include a parking tag or non-metered spaces in town, plus our parking lot is for 1 car.
