The property was so perfect and clean. The short walk to the boardwalk was exactly what I was seeking due to a medical issue. I had no issues whatsoever with parking right in front of the place. I cannot wait to return next year. Thank you.

The unit is very close to the beach and all things Rehoboth - you really can’t beat this location. The bed is also super comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise as it’s a Murphy bed. Please be aware the host requires you to bring all of your own bedding, hand/bath towels, wash cloths, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. I wish the listing clearly stated this requirement up front in no uncertain terms as this could be an issue for vacationers that are flying into the area with limited luggage space. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but will look elsewhere next time for a place that is better stocked for guests.

Very clean. Great location. Quite a few steps up to the room. Parking is tight. You need to supply your own towels and sheets. Great if you are looking for little place to spend a few nights in town right in center of town.

Location is excellent! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk! Just one street over from shopping and restaurants. Place is small, but it was just me and my boyfriend, so it was fine for us. It was very clean overall. Had a little trouble getting the tv to work but the host was quick to respond to help get it fixed. Only real downside is the shower is very small and a little hard to maneuver around in. Parking is also very tight, which was communicated prior to check in. Luckily only 2 of the units were occupied when we were there so there was no issue. But a small vehicle is definitely a necessity and if all 6 units are occupied parking could be difficult. Overall, very clean and location can't be beat!

What a great place! The location is perfect and being able to park right there for free and walk everywhere can’t be beat. Just a tip that the parking area is very tight if all 6 units are occupied so if you can drive a small vehicle that helps. No problem if not though, people can move their cars if needed. The inside of the condo is very clean and nicely decorated. There is plenty of storage space and hooks which was very useful. This unit is on the second level, which wasn’t a problem for us, but those who have trouble with steps might want to keep that in mind. We really enjoyed sitting outside our room on the nice polywood chairs people watching in the evening before heading out…it’s such a great location! We would definitely come back again! Highly recommend!

PERFECT LOCATION!!! The apartment is very CLEAN, COZY and FRESH. Great location so close the the beach! For preparation, the listing does say "efficiency" so just be aware that means basic supplies are non-existing from what I've experienced with any other rentals I've had in the past. Ex: bring toilet paper, a 'welcome roll' is not even provided. Any household item you would normally use like paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and kitchen & bathroom trash bags you will need to bring with you. Thankfully I'm already an over packer. The listing doesn't say but you do get the details in your confirmation that you must also bring your own sheets, pillow cases for the "Murphy Bed" that needs to be put up and down every night/morning, bring bath towels, hand towels, linens etc. The apartment has the furniture and appliances you need in a very convenient location for a great price. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Liz!

Thank you for staying with us and your review. The listing prior to booking is nice and clear to the items you will need to bring for your stay. the listing states sheets and towels, prior to the welcome letter reminder. We stack the condo with all necessary items except sheets and towels in the beginning in the hope it will be carried over by renters to leave items for the next renter such as soap, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels but we are clear to bring those as can't promise what others will leave for the next.

Great Little Place

This property was a great little place just a stone's throw from the beach and also right next to lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect place if you are just looking to be near everything and not have to worry about driving around during your stay. Would stay here again if returning.

Great stay close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable studio. They really used the space well and had lots of places for our toiletries and luggage. We also loved the tasteful, beachy decor. The location is fantastic. Our family of 4 walked to the beach, shops, and restaurants all week! We will stay here again!

Birthday getaway

It was the perfect long weekend to celebrate my 6 year olds birthday. Extremly clean, perfect size, and quiet. The location was amazing. Such an easy walk to the beach, all kinds of food, shopping, and games. Parking was tight, but easy enough and well worth the location.
