Designed for comfort and convenience, this charming studio makes the most of every inch. Inside, you’ll find:
A Queen-size Murphy bed with a luxurious Tempur-Pedic mattress.
A pull-out sofa with an upgraded Queen memory foam mattress.
A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, utensils, and a small skillet for easy meals.
A 32” LCD TV but basic cable, You are on vacation, see the beach and shops!. We have internet so you can stream.
A stylish modern bathroom with a round stand-up shower and plenty of storage.

The Convenience of In-Town Parking:

One of the biggest perks of staying here? A dedicated parking spot in downtown Rehoboth! Parking can be tight, but we fit our minivan with no problem. You may need to adjust your car at times to allow others in and out, but the ability to park and walk everywhere makes it worth it!

Rental Details

Summer stays are available for Monday-Friday, Friday-Monday, or full week Friday-Friday. If you need specific dates, just click ‘Contact Host’—we’re happy to help!
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and up to 2 children for comfort. With it being just one room, it is too tight for 4 adults.
Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 10 AM
Long-term rentals available October-May—ask for details!

What to Bring

Mandatory: Bed linens (for 2 Queen beds), bath & beach towels, soap, and paper products.
Recommended: Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, personal items, and entertainment (board games, movies, etc.).

Small studio in a great location! Difficult parking a large vehicle (I have a truck) so bring a smaller vehicle if you can. Very clean space. I would recommend for only 2 - 3 people max. There is no private space here (it’s a studio, after all). It was perfect for my daughter and I. Loved the proximity to everything.

Great Little Place

This property was a great little place just a stone's throw from the beach and also right next to lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect place if you are just looking to be near everything and not have to worry about driving around during your stay. Would stay here again if returning.

This loft apartment was in a great location, close to the boardwalk and restaurants, and close to rhe conference center. It was nice and cosy and the murphy bed was fun to use. It is upstairs, I'm not sure that I realized that, and the parking is very tight, but luckily, there weren't any other cars there when I arrived and my agenda didn't require me to drive anywhere after my arrival.

It was the perfect long weekend to celebrate my 6 year olds birthday. Extremly clean, perfect size, and quiet. The location was amazing. Such an easy walk to the beach, all kinds of food, shopping, and games. Parking was tight, but easy enough and well worth the location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable studio. They really used the space well and had lots of places for our toiletries and luggage. We also loved the tasteful, beachy decor. The location is fantastic. Our family of 4 walked to the beach, shops, and restaurants all week! We will stay here again!

Perfect beach block stay

We just returned from staying here - our favorite place to stay when it’s just “us”. The location can’t be beat and we walked everywhere. This was our second stay here and I hated to leave. Everything you need inside and out! You do need to bring your own sheets, towels, soap and shampoo. No big deal! Love how responsive host is to questions and the ease of check in.

Great stay!

Location just half a block from the beach was amazing!!!!!! For a short stay our family of 4 enjoyed it very much! Parking was an issue- I have a large car and I simply could not get it into the only open space in the lot because of the lot configuration and had to park off site quite a ways away and leave my car there. The listing does warn the lot is tight so take note and be prepared for that! Everything else was super smooth and we'd definitely stay again!

Parking was no problem as all units were not rented during our stay. The place was very clean and cute. We did give up on using the blow up mattress as it was impossible to get the valve closed fast enough before it deflated too much (there might be a trick to this that we didn't figure out) Kids just made the couch into their bed- and were satisfied. The bed that comes down from the wall is comfortable. The AC works great.

Thank you for staying with us. Sorry you had a problem with the air mattress but as we emailed during your stay, I don't think you were using air mattress correctly. The instructions are in the welcome book in the condo. You had the deflation cap open and tried to quickly close it. You are correct, you would loose air that way. The deflation cap stays closed and the pump blows through that sealed cap as it has a depression in it that allows air to blow in but not come out. The small cap twists into that to lock and seal it. Glad the couch was comfortable though, we prefer that sometimes as well.
