Our beautiful villa is ideally located for holidaymakers who want to take full advantage of central Florida area. Convenient for all attractions, just 30 mins from Disney, 40 mins from Sea World, Universal, 45 mins from the airport and an hour away from both coasts. This fully air-conditioned villa is sumptuously furnished throughout. There is a 65" 4K smart TV, free WIFI and PS2 console. All bedrooms have smart TVs (meaning you can use your existing apps - Netflix etc while you're staying) and masses of closet space. A safe is provided to store valuables. The games room has a full-size pool table and table foosball. The private pool also has a hot tub/spa. The deck area is huge, allowing plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine and is completely screened to keep insects out. It is child-friendly (safety fence and each of the 3 doors to the pool, from the living room and both master bedrooms emits a subtle audible alarm when it is opened).

Lovely House

The house is lovely and in an excellent location. We had a few issues to start but they were very quickly rectified by Joe the property manager and Dave the owner, both of whom couldn’t have been more helpful. Would certainly use again.

Absolutely brilliant

From booking to departing, the property owner ensured that we had all the information/tips/support that we needed. The property has a very homely feel unlike those “allocated on arrival” villas when you book a package. The villa was very well equipped, clean and comfortable and on the doorstep of various eateries and shops. We cannot rate this home highly enough. Thank you Dave and Jan for helping us have such a memorable time, we will definitely be back!

Vacation stay

First on arrival to the house it was set up with an Xmas tree for my children..which there was 4 of... it made it that more special..the house was very clean was very homely and everything that was needed for the stay was there .. i would have no problem giving this house 5 stars From the first time of booking the house we had everything provided from a list of places to eat / shop and even directions to the house on a step by Step basis from the airport.The complex was very secure with 24 security..a lot nicer than the house we stayed in last year in the same area

Orlando holiday

Fulfilled all our expectations. The villa was clean and tidy and the master bedroom was superb super large bed and enormous bathroom - wonderful. Would definitely recommend .

It was a great place to come back to after a long day at the theme parks. The owner was great from start to finish offering advice and help when required. The property is in a great location on a very clean and quiet gated community.

We had a great stay at this lovely property which has everything you need for a great stay. Conveniently located for food shopping at Walmart and Winn Dixie, plus an array of fast food and sit down restaurants all just a few minutes drive away. Disney parks are around 25 minutes and Universal around 40 minutes away. Both east and west coast are just over an hour away. We will definitely consider returning to stay when we next decide to visit Orlando.

Have just returned from our second stay at this superb villa and I can only echo the comments as per my previous review of May '17. We love Florida, and this area in particular as it's perfect for just about everything (access to parks, shopping, areas or interest) and this villa is just the icing on the cake! Great location, facilities and price, and the owners (Dave & Jan) are always such a pleasure to deal with. Book it, but do it early as it's a popular villa (for obvious reasons)... you won't be disappointed! We will be back for sure!

Great villa

A great villa and as per the photos on HomeAway. We really enjoyed ourselves with plenty of space for all five of us. Husband and wife two teenage girls (17,18) and family friend. Lovely gated community and close to shopping at Walmart for all your needs. A bit of a journey to the Orlando theme parks but doable, although watch out on interstate I4, some of the drivers are crazy. It was good to come away from the hustle of the parks in the evening. Also easy enough to head to Cape canaveral, and Clearwater, Both Just over 90 mins away. We had a slight problem with the pool but the management company came the next morning to fix the ph balance and we were happy from there on in. There was a broken wall socket in one of the bedrooms which we reported on arrival, but this did not cause us any challenges, although it was not replaced while we were there. More than happy to recommend this villa if you’re planning a trip to central Florida. The owner was very easy to deal with and provided lots of recommendations, and deposit was quickly refunded. Take the recommendation for Manny’s chop house at least once for the American steak dinner experience!

As good as it gets!

Had a wonderful stay with my wife and mother during May of this year. Excellent weather and villa was all we'd hoped for. Every facility you could want from a holiday home and more than we were able to use as we we spent most of our time just relaxing in the balmy heat outside in the excellent pool area. The villa was beautifully presented on our arrival, clean and is well laid out (with two of the bedrooms and the lounge having direct access to the pool area). It's also in one of the best spots in Florida (we've stayed in this development 3 times for this reason) as it's a stones throw from the US27 making any journey to Tampa, Orlando and just about anywhere in central Florida an absolute breeze! Also has just about every shopping facility within a 5 minute drive (supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, general shops and of course the superb Posner Park shopping area). Owners direct made everything simple, as did Dave the owner who was super helpful throughout the booking process and a really pleasant person to deal with, and there's a managing [local] agent on hand if you need anything else or have any problems. Will definitely be booking this villa again, Resounding 10/10 - very highly recommended... thanks to all for making our holiday superb... from start to finish!

Perfect well equipped and had everything we wanted and more

A great villa in a gated community. The villa was much bigger than the impression we had from the photos. It felt like home and was great to relax in after a hard day in the parks. Supermarket very close by was very handy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wanted to escape Disney for a while during their holiday. Only 30 mins to the parks but felt like our retreat from the madness! We loved it.

An amazing villa!

We had a great fortnight at this villa. It is brilliantly located with nearby Walmart and Publix, in a quiet secure community. Navigating to the I4 (where the attractions are) is straightforward. The villa itself was beautifully spacious with nice furniture and enormous comfy beds. There were ample bathroom facilities and plenty of towels provided. The pool was crystal clear and the hot tub was fantastic (really warm with the pool heat on). Plenty of seats / relaxers around the pool to chill out on. The pool was lit so looked great at night. The kitchen was also well equipped and clean, and the ice maker on the fridge was really useful. Washing machine and tumble dryer came in very useful, as did the games room for entertaining the kids. The owners clearly cared that we enjoyed our time there and provided every piece of information we could ever need in plain English. They were very helpful, provided a lot of information in emails and also on their website prior to our stay. They even called on the first day to check all was well, which we thought a nice gesture; after that they left us to it! We would happily return here and strongly recommend this villa and the owners.

What is about to follow is a true account of our villa but I am worried that it is so good that it won't be available for us next time we book it!! What a fantastic stay we had at this villa in Haines City just south west of Orlando. Set is a gated secure complex some 5 minutes from all daily needs ..... hospital, shops, restaurants, cinema. 20-30 mins from parks. A nice change from staying in the International Drive area which is just too busy, commercialised and congested. Our family of 6 just didn't want to leave. We will be returning! Our favourite local restaurants were Mannys and Denny's. We made 3 visits to the local hospital which was only 5 mins, 3 miles up the road, which was a godsend as the next nearest was 30 miles away - apparently. The villa is immaculate. Everything provided for. Plenty of bathing and pool towels. Endless stack of crockery, glasses etc. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble. Coffee maker. Hair dryers in all 3 bathrooms. Aircon. Games room with table football, pool table and electronic darts. This was used most evenings. Computer. Wifi. TV's in every room. There is a Winn Dixie and superstore Walmart a couple of miles away for groceries. Outside - small pool with jacuzzi. Safe for young children as there is fencing around the pool (removable if not required). Loungers, chairs, footstools and tables around the pool. Some pool floaters also. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable and about 8-10 ft wide! All white linen provided. Immaculately clean. Owners extremely helpful and made regular contact. They also provide a great deal of useful information required for a holiday at the villa and holidaying in the USA. THANK YOU so much for allowing us into your villa and for making our holiday an experience to remember forever.

Our Florida Trip

We had a great holiday in Florida, this house is perfect in every way. The outside has all day all around sun, ideal for sun lovers and yet there is shade for those who prefer shade. The pool is ideal and the spa is great for relaxing in after a hard day shopping or visiting the parks. Inside the house is very well equipped ( I can't think of anything we needed that was not available). The cleanliness was to a high standard and the linen and towels were good quality. The owners provided lots of information on every aspect of this property and were always available to answer any queries. This property is so good we have booked to return next year.

Fab Floridian Villa

A great house for the 5 of us to meet up over the Christmas holidays. Our family group had a wonderful time staying in this lovely house. We enjoyed the hot tub, the swimming pool along with the games room. A very comfortable and well-equipped house. Great to return to after several hectic days at the parks. Supermarkets, eateries and cinema all within easy reach. A super holiday. We would highly recommend. The Dance Band (UK & Texas, USA).

Beautiful Florida home!

The house was exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed. Our only "complaint" is we didn't get to spend more time relaxing at the house. Dave was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time at his home. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Easy check in process. Large house in nice gated community. Owner and property manager were easy to reach and helpful, We enjoyed the hot tub. Decor is dark and dated. Lots of artificial plants that are dusty. Carpet is worn.

Relaxing time for our family

This is a pleasant property with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. There are plenty of beds and the kitchen is well stocked. Also plenty of blankets which come in handy for snuggling on the couch in January. Overall, the hot tub was the star and was used every night of our stay.
