Haines City villas

The property was as described and shown on the website, it was really clean with plenty of space. The outside over looked the golf course which was great entertainment when the golfers messed up there shots.Communication with Kazan was fab and she even supported a slightly later check out due to a later flight time. She shared details of the check in/out process in good time before our arrival and everything was simple and straight forward. You didn’t need to think about anything other than food and drinks. The villa would easily work for multiple couples or two families with children as the bedrooms are either side of the villa. There was plenty of towels for showers and pool use too. Our only suggestion would be to consider replacing the mattress in the master bedroom as this felt very soft (I personally like a firmer mattress) and we often rolled into the middle, after a few days we got used to it so wasn’t a deal breaker and wouldn’t put me off from staying. Absolutely beautiful villa with an amazing pool. Great location for us.

We were only here for a week, but had no complaints, it's a lovely, quiet, secure location with a pleasant outlook, yet you could still walk to a Walmart. There's a lot of nice, little touches about the place too, things the owner feels would be handy, just like packs of tissues, sun lotion etc. Well, just one issue, we played on the golf course that the villa overlooks and boy, there are a lot of bunkers 😂😂

Wonderful pool area with comfy seating . The lights were loverly at night even had our own firefly’s ! Top rate communication from Peo again. Wouldn’t hesitate to return

The house is lovely and in an excellent location. We had a few issues to start but they were very quickly rectified by Joe the property manager and Dave the owner, both of whom couldn’t have been more helpful. Would certainly use again.

We have stayed in lots of villas at Southern Dunes and this is one of the nicest we have had.

We have been home for 4 weeks now and I’m still missing this perfect villa. There was not one thing I would change about this home. Not once did we say I wish it had this or had that, it had everything we needed. There was every kitchen utensil you could need along with a variety of pots and pans, there was nothing missing to enable you to make a meal if you wanted to. You could not run out of plates, mugs or glasses as the cupboards were well stocked and there was also all the plastic ware you could need. As soon as we walked in it just looked perfect from the beautiful wooden floor that ran through the living room and bedrooms, the stylish sofa and comfortable beds, to the chrome fridge, cooker and dishwasher, it was all very elegant. The outside was just as good. We had lots of rain while we were there but it didn’t matter that we couldn’t do a lot as we were happy to stay in such wonderful surroundings. Although it was wet we could still sit outside by the pool as there was such a large lanai and even this had an outdoor sofa, chairs and stools not the usual plastic furniture. There was even a television under the lanai. The pool area was so spacious and peaceful, not overlooked at all. From the dining room you can see the lake. I loved getting up in a morning and drinking my tea sat at the dining table just looking at the lake. It is just a beautiful estate. Some people think it’s a bit too far from the parks but it seemed an ideal location to us, just off the US27 and close to the I4, so everywhere is easy to get to and you’re on a gated community with a lovely lake. The whole villa inside and out was immaculate. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms as well as pool towels. Everything was spotlessly clean. Ariel the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He answered every email I sent immediately. We have stayed in several villas over the years and this is the first time we have had no issues at all, admittedly our issues have only ever been small but this time there was absolutely nothing. Ariel made sure I had everything I needed before I went, he emailed us on arrival at the villa to welcome us He then emailed at the end of our stay to wish us a safe journey home. I couldn’t have asked for anymore from him or his beautiful home. My husband and I will be returning to Florida next year and if this villa is available this is where we will be. If you want a perfect villa this is it. Thanks Ariel for allowing us to stay.
