Our beautiful vacation home has recently been updated with new paint throughout, new granite counter tops, new appliances, new living room furniture, new hard wood floors as well as tile throughout the entire unit. This beautifully decorated and well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is your vacation home away from home! It is located just 1/2 block from the beach and 3 short blocks from the southern end of the world-famous Wildwood boardwalk. Welcome to Avanti by the Sea! 410 E. Lavender Road, Wildwood Crest, NJ. This spacious condo is on the eastern side of the building. The unit overlooks the pool and there are beautiful ocean views from the front deck. The master bedroom features a KING size bedroom set, a full private bath with shower, and a 27' flat screen TV with Comcast digital cable. There is an extra large walk-in closet to store your vacation wardrobe! Bedroom #2 is bright and sunny! It has a Queen bed and flat screen TV with Comcast cable. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and a flat screen TV with Comcast cable. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway area near the bedrooms, as well as a private laundry room with high efficiency washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board. The living room has a super comfortable sectional sofa with a Queen size sleeper to sleep two more guests. This is a family oriented complex. We do not under any circumstances rent to non-family units under the age of 25. There are plenty of pillows, blankets, and comforters. (Bring your own sheets, towels, and paper products.) The kitchen/dining area is very well equipped for all of your cooking needs and includes all of the amenities that you expect in a vacation home - dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, can opener, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, glassware, and dishes. Your private deck with comfortable wicker furniture overlooks the ocean and it is perfectly situated to enjoy beautiful beach and ocean views. While seated, you have a direct ocean view from this 2nd floor end unit! You also have access to a private locked storage room in the parking garage with some miscellaneous beach gear. There is plenty of room for your own things too. Professional cleaning is always included. This condo is the perfect place for your family's summer vacation. The private balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee, or a cool drink in the afternoon, while enjoying the amazing views of the beach, ocean, and pool from this 2nd level unit. There are nice views of the surrounding neighborhood and the neon lights at night time are pretty spectacular too! Wait until you see Friday night fireworks - right from your own deck.

Awesome Getaway for the Family

We had such a great stay! Condo in spacious, close to the beach, we had our own parking spots (2), we had a pool, washer and dryer...we had everything we need to make our vacation easy going and relaxing. This condo hit all of our needs. We plan to come back again next year!!!

Family vacation trip

Family Vacation

The condo was well represented in the listing. It was clean & spacious. Having mirrors in the bedrooms would be a nice touch & make it easier when everyone is getting ready to go out.

First time in Wildwood Crest

This was my family's first time in Wildwood Crest. There are tons of things to do and we had a great time. This place is within walking distance to the beach and has access to chairs and a cart to take items to the beach. The pool was nice, it was also nice to have access to a bathroom at the pool area. I would recommend staying here and we may stay here again in the future.

Great location and accommodating condo

My family stayed for two weeks. It's a great location - only one block from the beach and three from the boardwalk. There are many walkable restaurants and activities nearby. We had family and friends come visit almost every day and the condo could accommodate everyone. The elevator was great as we had several elderly visitors. I agree with other reviewers in that the WiFi does not reach the master bedroom. I do have two complaints. The king and queen mattresses need replacement. The king is hard yet unsupportive at the same time and also tilts in to the middle; the queen was not much better. And one of the main reasons we chose this building was for the pool. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken for our entire stay. We knew the ocean would be cold as it was early in the season. But the pool was too cold as well and we never got in it. I don't know that I would have spent that much on this reservation if I knew we would not be able to enjoy the pool.

Comfort of home

From beginning to end, our stay was great! The listing is spot on as far as appearance/updates. It was very nice and had a homie feeling. The pool was on the small side, but that didn't matter much. There was also not many people using it while we stayed either. The building itself was taken care of and I had seen someone cleaning the public areas/elevator more than once during our week there. The location was great and the beach was not congested at all. There are some walkable restaurants, liquor stores, etc nearby. Otherwise, very short drives to the Acme and other desired restaurants/stores. We had zero issues and never had to reach out to Karen. We would stay again in the future!

Cousins Week in Wildwood Crest

For our annual cousins beach trip we decided on Wildwood and rented this 3 bedroom condo. It was exactly as promised and very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and also has a gas grill which worked out great. The property manager was very responsive to our needs and we would highly recommend this condo to all.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location for our family. Close to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and playgrounds. Even had an ice cream shop on the corner. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We will be staying again.

Great location and very clean property

We just got back from our stay in Wildwood Crest. The location of this condo is great. Literally a 3 to 5 minute walk from the beach and (for those not familiar with Wildwood, the beach is very big. It may take another 5 minutes to reach the water!) There are several restaurants within walking distance and the south end of the boardwalk is really close. There is also basketball courts and a small playground nearby. The unit itself is exactly as advertised. The master is at the opposite end of the unit from the main living space which was nice as we had teenagers with us and they stay up way later than we do! The place was very clean and we felt safe from a Covid perspective. The kichen was well stocked and we cooked out on the grill one night. The deck is on the small side, only big enough for 4-5 people. We had 7 of us there and otherwise had plenty of space in the rest of the unit. The only negative was that the wifi didn't work well in the master bedroom. Not a big issue but it is worth noting. For me, the best partwas the property manager Karen. She communicated everything very thoroughly and responded quickly. We did need to have the wifi router rebooted as the internet was very slow and she was able to get that done rather quickly. After that we had no issues with wifi except in the master as mentioned above. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

Everything was great! The place was very clean and large enough for our family to relax and enjoy our down time from the beach and boardwalk. Has a small pool of you want to take a dip and cool off. The neighborhood is great and the location couldn’t be better. I would stay here again!

Very nice unit near the beach

We rented this for an extended weekend getaway in June. The unit itself was recently renovated and very nice (better than the pictures). It was only a short walk to the beach, and the beach is absolutely massive. We were able to walk some restaurants and the Boardwalk which was nice. I'd rent it again.

Disappointed, insulted and angry.

the property is actually very nice. Great location with a short walk to the beach. However, the owner went wrong with mis representing details - such as number of bathrooms. It was advertised as 2.5 when in all actuality it only had two. The place had a poorly stocked kitchen - old and dirty pots and pans, dirt on bathrooms slowly silverware drawer and a coffee pot that couldn't make coffee (missing filter basket). If you're charging us high rate then deliver. Owner was informed and got rude.

This condo was very well kept. The property manager was responsive to all of our questions and concerns especially due to corona virus. Avanti by the Sea showed care with the additions they implemented due to covid 19.

Short but sweet

We really enjoyed our mini vacation in Wildwood Crest. The property was really nice and in a great location! Easy walk to the beach and beginning of the boardwalk. Also near a lot of good restaurants. The kitchen was a good size as well as the family room. The owner, Andrea, was nice and very accommodating. Just as an FYI, the queen size bed is on the soft side if you prefer a firmer bed. The king size bed was more firm.

First Time at Wildwood

The condo was perfectly located. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk a few blocks away. Onsite pool a little small but conveinent for a quick dip when you get back from the beach. Balcony was a nice place to sit and enjoy coffee or cocktails. Close to tons of places to eat. Karen was easily accesibke via phone and responded quickly. The condo is nicely furnished. The only drawback is the beds were just not comfortable- which i know is common in rentals- but these were really not good at all. Overall a great vacation.

Second time is a charm!
