Enjoy this large beautiful home in Evans, Georgia located just 10.2 miles from the Augusta National. The home has new hardwood flooring throughout the 1st floor. A large kitchen is equipped with new stainless appliances including a gas cooktop and French door refrigerator. An oversized walk-in pantry is right off the breakfast room. Seating for 14 is available in the breakfast and dining rooms. The recently updated and refreshed backyard includes a screened porch, patio, fire pit, and Weber gas grill. The flatscreen TV in the family room will provide viewing of the day's golf. Wireless internet is also available. The 2nd floor has a spacious master suite with a jetted tub and full shower. There are 3 additional bedrooms with televisions and 2 full baths. A 5th bedroom located on the 3rd floor can be made available at an additional cost.
