Luxury Modern Two En Suite Bedroom Villa With Private Pool. Close To Town.

Pembe Ev is a modern luxury fully modernised two en suite bedroom villa located within an easy 5-10 minute walk of the town centre. Migros and Macro supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants are all just a few minutes walk away. Perfect for picking up your fresh morning bread or cold evening beer.

Fully renovated from top to bottom for 2021 the villa offers two luxury en suite bedrooms each with private balconies and modern shower bathrooms. Bedroom 2 can be made up with either single beds for children or a super king double for a second couple. Ultra efficient and quiet Siemens air conditioning and comfy beds will ensure a great night's sleep.

The roof terrace has glass balustrades to take in the beautiful sea views and is furnished with a L-sofa under a shaded pergola and two sunbeds with full sun. This is the ultimate place for private sunbathing. The roof room offers space for inside dining as well as mini kitchen with sink, small fridge and kettle. You won't need to leave.

On the pool side level has a sparking private pool (1.45m in depth) with walk in steps. The poolside gets lots of early sunshine and there is a large shaded pergola to give valuable shade for dining on the garden level.

Everything at Pembe Ev was brand new in summer 2021 and been chosen with great care for detail. We hope you love it as much as we do.

We were sad to leave Kalkan and Pembe Ev. The perfect Villa for our needs and just like the photos. I loved the rooftop terrace and stunning view. My husband loved the shade provided close to the pool. Bridget was the perfect host. We received a PDF of villa instructions prior to arrival which was really useful. Detailed washing machine instructions a great bonus. Felt like home from home as everything you needed was in the villa or close to hand. Supermarket 5 minute walk. Only suggestion to improve would be a guest book where guests could recommend restaurants or trips as there are so many to choose from. May is a lovely time to visit as so many flowers in bloom. We will be back next year!

Pembe Ev - Kalkan

This week was a return to reality for us after a fantastic 2 week stay in Kalkan Turkey. Pembe Ev (Pink House) was fantastic - exactly what we needed for our family (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). The house is extremely well appointed - exactly as described/pictured in the listing. Positioned at the right distance out of town to make walking in easy (about 10 mins) but to ensure you are not disturbed by the night life. The view from the 'top-deck' is superb... we are definitely missing our morning coffee (and evening sundowners) looking at that stunning view! Communication with Bridget was fantastic - really helpful all the way through our holiday experience. We certainly intend to return to Kalkan and hopefully to Pembe Ev! Highly recommended!

Simply wonderful

The villa was everything described and more. The property itself was very clean and modern with great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were also great and had everything you'd need. The roof terrace was the jewel in the crown, somewhere to start the day with a coffee and finish in the late afternoon sun with a chilled drink. Location for shops was perfect, 2 great supermarkets with 5 mins walk from the villa. About 8-10 mins walk into town so we didn't end up using our car very much at all. Kalkan is stunning and would come back in a heartbeat. Finally, Bridget's communication, help and advice before and during our stay was fab. Couldn't have wished for more!

Fantastic Villa with amazing views and facilities.

We have recently returned from our fantastic stay at Villa Pembroke Ev in Kalkan and are missing it already. The villa is immaculate throughout, modern, very clean and spacious. It is very well equipped with utensils, crockery, glasses, towels etc. Bridget and her team including Valdin was always available if we had any little issues, communication was excellent and nothing was to much trouble. The view from the top balcony is breath taking, we enjoyed sunbathing in the day as well as a few glasses of wine and nibbles in the evening. Ten minutes walk downhill into the Old Town where there are plenty of great restaurants most have roof terraces, all the waiters were very friendly, because it can be quiet hilly coming back taxis are so cheap. Plenty of boat trips and beach clubs are available. Throughly, enjoyed our stay in Villa Pembroke Ev and would definately recommend. Also we had fantastic weather. THANK YOU BRIDGET xx

The villa was perfect . It was very modern and clean inside . The pool and outside area was cleaned regularly, the view was spectacular from the roof terrace. It had everything we needed, inside and out, and felt very private.The layout was perfect for us and the location could not have been better. We were able to walk into town and back again. It was also well located for supermarket and a stroll to the kalamar bay area. Bridget came to the apartment when we first arrived to show us around and was really helpful. Couldn't recommend this villa highly enough, we would certainly want to stay here again.

Perfection in Kalkan

We have just returned from our 2 week family holiday in Pembe Ev in Kalkan (2 Adults, 2 Children 12 and 9). Pembe Ev was everything we hoped for and more. Clean, well equipped, comfortable along with some nice additional touches such as a really useful personally written full instruction book to the house and town along with travel guide books of the greater area. Absolutely everything was well thought out for a comfortable holiday. The pool was beautiful in the spacious garden cleaned like clockwork at 7:30 each morning with the location of the Villa perfect, not too far from the town but far enough to be quiet. Considering some of the newer looking developments in Kalkan spreading further up the hills, I would say this is a prime location in a beautiful town in a beautiful bay. Thank you Bridget for a fantastic holiday in Pembe Ev.

We love Pembe Ev!

A fantastic and comfortable villa benefitting from being very close to the centre of town which makes everything walkable. Despite being close to town it has a very private feel. It is fresh and clean and the owner provides good quality bedding and towels etc. The villa is equipped with everything you could need including very efficient wi-fi. The pool is amazing, and unlike other properties it gets sun all day, and the roof terrace is a real bonus. The owner is very helpful and is very easy to communicate with and employs a pool man who will come everyday who is also extremely helpful, plus you will get cleaning if there for more than a week. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely villa in a perfect location

We had a fantastic holiday the villa was perfect. Had everything you could ask for, very spacious lots of space in and out around the pool. Very peaceful and private just how we like it. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool and patio was cleaned daily. We had a mid stay clean which was great and again was left spotless. I would highly recommend this villa as in a perfect location only a 10 minute walk to bars and restaurant. If you just want a 2 minute walk highly recommend Johnnys cafe bar restaurant which is the pirate boat on the road above they are family run and serve great food at good prices and are very friendly. We hope to be back soon.

Perfection in Kalkan

Our 5th visit to Kalkan, but our first to Pembe Ev, this villa is in very quiet location, with a very easy walk into the town. The villa itself is spotless, the pool and terrace area are cleaned daily. There are lovely areas to escape to when the hot weather becomes just a little too much. Inside the villa is everything you need, from Internet, tv ,water cooler, books and even a torch. The roof terrace has amazing views and it is lovely to watch the boats returning back at the end of the day. Communication with Bridget was excellent , so if you would like a piece of paradise in Kalkan visit Pembe Ev you will not be disappointed. Our dates are already booked for 2019.

Pembe Ev is and easy walk to town yet far enough from the bustle of the town centre to be peaceful. Situated at the end of an unmade road and surrounded by parkland which we have planted with trees, Pembe Ev has matured into a beautiful little villa offering tranquility, peace and privacy to all who visit. The pool terrace area is large offering sun and shade and the roof terrace a pure delight with stunning views of Kalkan Bay. You might say the best things come in small packages and this is definately the case with this property
