Had a fantastic stay at villa Alarahan it was in a great location close to all shops and nightlife. The villa had everything you needed and had a amazing roof top looking over the sea and a brilliant pool area which was nice and clean. Laura the host was amazing too great communication and she arranged all our airport transfers for us. We would definitely look at booking this villa again.

The villa was lovely and in a perfect position for everything, total relaxation yet only yards from all the bars and restaurants, would recommend to all, thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay, we will be back.

The villa is immaculately clean and in a perfect location for the old town. No noise from the town at all and is perfect for a family of 4. The pool is super clean and perfect for a dip when it gets too hot!Close to all of the necessary amenities, including a supermarket, it’s also within a two minute walk of the town with all of its restaurants, bars and shops. The host (Laura) has been absolutely brilliant. Communication has been fast and extremely helpful and Sharon who meets you when you arrive was also really helpful and gave some great tips on boat trips and bars/restaurants to visit. All in all, we can’t recommend enough.

Superb villa

Everything we wanted and more, such a great location for town. Two big bedrooms with ensuites and a lovely pool and sun terrace for sundowners and panoramic views of Kalkan. Will stay again.

Lovely home

We very much enjoyed Alarahan - the pool was exceptionally clean, and the bathrooms really nicely designed. A perfect location for us and the nicest place we’ve stayed since we started visiting Kalkan over 12 years ago.

We had the most amazing holiday in Kalkan and Villa Alarahan was the perfect base for our family in the heart of the old town. The villa is equipped with everything you need and Laura is on hand to answer any questions and provide advise. We very much hope to return.

Great location in Old Town nearby to all restaurants. Nice size pool. Villa Alarahan had everything thing needed will definitely return if available.

A lovely villa perfectly situated in the old town of Kalkan. Very comfortable and the pool is lovely. Lots of great communication and information from the host. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this villa. It is just a minute walk from the prettiest street in the old town, which is full of great restaurants and bars. We loved the very generous welcome basket, the slick airport transport arrangements, the pristine pool, the authentic feel of this lovely Turkish town house, the comfy beds and the view of the sunset from the roof terrace. Even though it was on the edge of busy night life, the villa was quiet, safe and spotlessly clean.

Ideal Villa location in Kalkan Old Town

Booking very straight forward, our host Laura was so helpful and provided lots of useful information before our stay, and a welcome pack on arrival. The Villa had everything you could need, including towels. Plenty of space for a small family and a fantastic private pool in a lovely setting! Located just a few yards from many popular restaurants and bars.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Alarahan. The property was very clean and the pool was spotless. 2 decent sized bedrooms, both with spacious and modern en-suites. Fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. There was a lovely sea view from the roof terrace that overlooked Kalkan old town and the bay.Couldn’t ask for a better location as the old town with its many shops, bars and restaurants were about a minutes stroll away. Given the central location the villa was peaceful at all times.Would definitely return.

The villa was perfect, great veiws, spacious rooms, cosy and beautifully furnished. The heated pool, was lovely to cool off in after being at the beach or visting other places. Great location, near to the beach, bars and restaurants. Shops and buses a few minutes walk away. Kalkan is so picturesque with its little cobbled streets and boutique shops.Everyone was really friendly.It's well worth a visit ot two.The sea was crystal clear,

Great villa close to everything

This was our second trip to Kalkan and we wanted to stay closer to town this time, so Villa Alarahan fitted the bill nicely as it was within 100m of restaurants and supermarkets, so no car, taxi, or long walk required to go anywhere. The villa is on a quiet side street and had everything we needed for a family of 3, 2 week stay. The pool was great as was the rooftop with sea view. Everything we needed was there and we really didn't have to take anything. Booking process was simple and Laura the owner and Sharon the property manager answered any questions we had.

Great location, cold, damp not particularly equipped for a winter stay… dryer which we really could have used was a rusty metal clothes rack. One extra blanket in the whole place… during a storm rain poured in through various closed windows

great location in the heart of old town

The property was clean and comfortable. It was fantastic to have a welcome pack of useful things and also good supplies in the cupboards. the water cooler is genius and saved carting heavy water from the supermarket down all those steps! The heated pool was unbelievable especially at night it was amazing. There is not a lot of room round the pool for sunbeds but as it was just 2 of us it wasn't a big deal. plenty of space to enjoy breakfast and lunch by the pool though. An amazing place to stay right in the heart of the town, just 50 (steep) yds and there you are, enjoying dinner in a myriad of gorgeous restaurants. fantastic would recommend.

Fantastic stay at Villa Alarahan mid October as a family of 4 (kids 9 and 11). Laura is a lovely host, easy and available communication via email and text. Check in was super easy and Villa was easy enough to find. Location is super convenient, 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to waterfront/marina. Pool was a perfect temperature throughout. The villa is not enormous but has everything a family of 4 needs for a week and rooms are decent size both with en-suite bathrooms and awesome showers. Toilet downstairs is convenient too and good size lounge with dining table and TV with all modern apps (Netflix, Amazon prime, etc). Very secure too with bars on all downstairs windows and solid locking front door. Pool is in the shade in the morning, but roof terrace is fantastic at that time.Overall loved our stay mainly due to the excellent location, friendly host, and warm pool!

Het was een geweldig fijn huis, ruim, goed ingericht. Lekker zwembad. De bedden waren erg lekker. Er was airconditioning maar die hoefden we niet te gebruiken want met het raam open koelde het fijn af. We hebben het erg prettig gehad in een heel fijn dorp

Villa Alarahan is a lovely villa in the heart of the old town, it is a bit hilly, but not too bad.

Laura has been a fantastic host, she has let me move my dates a few times. Welcome pack was great to get us started. Lovely villa, supermarket just up the hill 5 min. Old town 3 min down hill. Kalkan is beautiful!! I would highly recommend this villa for a small family. The roof terrace is fabulous for sunsets. The pool is big, and heated if it’s a bit chilly at night, we came the last week of October. I would book this villa again. Thank you Laura for everything.

Fabulous location - Owner was beyond helpful!

The location of this Villa is amazing, literally minutes from restaurants, bars shops and harbour. We couldn't believe how quiet it was being so central. The owner couldn't have been more helpful from the minute we booked until the minute we left - answered all emails and messages almost immediately. The Villa has everything you need right down to needles and cotton. Fabulous pool - basically everything you need to escape and relax.
