This property is in the best area in town, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars nearby, less than 15 minutes from downtown Sarasota and downtown Lakewood ranch. Also, 10 to 15 minutes drive to Lido Beach and Siesta Key beach. The interstate I 75 is 3 minutes away and take you to Tampa in 45 minutes, Orlando 1 hora, and Miami 3 hr. don't miss this opportunity to Visit Florida and stay on the best Area you can be.
