Welcome to Augusta! Our home has 2,650 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The main level features an office set up with printer & Wi-fi available, formal dining room with table for 6, half bath, kitchen breakfast area seats 6 and great room overlooks the pool and outdoor kitchen areas. All bedrooms are upstairs, owner bedroom with private bath featuring large walk in tiled shower with dual shower heads, garden tub and dual vanity with granite countertops. Other three bedrooms share hall bath with granite countertops. Fourth bedroom has Peloton, Hydro Rower and futon with new full size mattress for sleeping. Kitchen features convection oven with granite countertops, all stainless appliances. The interior of the home has been recently painted. Outdoor kitchen features TV, sink, green egg, small refrigerator and comfortable seating. Salt water pool is great for relaxing. Kroger Grocery store is 2 minutes (walking distance) from home; shopping and restaurants are within 5 minutes. Home is 5 miles to the Augusta National Golf Course. A minimum 5 nights stay is required to book.
