Beautiful 3 bedroom detached villa within a walled garden. Private pool approx 4' 8'' deep with marble steps so that you can walk easily down into the pool or just sit and relax & keep cool. The villa has uniterrupted mountain views & is in a quiet location yet still only 5 minutes away on the dolmus/10 minute walk from Hisoranu. Hisoranu comes alive at night with some beautiful restaurants & bars. It also has a weekly market and down the main stretch you will find some fascinating shops & tour operators where you can book local tours. The famous blue lagoon beech at Olu Deniz is also a short dolmus ride away, here you will find a great array of restaurants spanning the shore line. Overall, the villa is in a great location for both family holidays, romantic getaways or a haven for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location. Beautiful Mountain View’s. We had a fantastic family holiday and would definitely go back. All within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Owner/manager was so helpful and made the whole process easy and was there if needed.

Beautiful villa with perfect location

This villa is just perfect. Lovely layout in side with all the amenities needed, 3 bedrooms with lovely furnishings. The pool and garden are well kept and tended to everyday. There's a taxi button just down from the villa and just a five minute walk to shops and bus stopThe host arranged the transfers (we paid the driver directly) and was available if we had any questions.We stayed here for 2 weeks and would highly recommend this villa.

Our last minute booking was well worth it.I stayed with my partner and 2x teens.Villa was bigger than anticipated with loads of room. It was clean, tidy and well equipped.Pool is amazing. Big enough for us to swim/play in.Really good WiFi which is obviously essential for teens !We did have an issue with one of the Aircon units but the owner was super helpful and got it actioned straight away.Villa is well located....quiet enough to enjoy peace and quiet but just around the corner from shops, restaurants and bus stops.Owner was super friendly and helpful with organising our transport/welcome pack etc.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family/friends

Perfect retreat

My wife and I were fortunate enough to have stayed in this Villa and found every to be just what we wanted it to be. Great location for Olu Deniz and Hisaronu , lovely sized Villa with room to spare, excellent pool and outside area for enjoying the sunshine. Communication was excellent throughout our stay - highly recommend.

Great property, communication with owner was brilliant. Location is great, short walk to shops and restaurants. Main town 15/20 mins walk, nice and quiet. Pool was fantastic, property well supplied with everything u need. Great stay. Defo be back in the future.

A little gem in a tranquil location

From the moment we booked the villa, Susan was always available with information and helpful advice about the villa and the surrounding area. Upon arrival we were instantly impressed with the quality of the villa and garden area, although it is in a quiet and tranquill setting, restaurants and bars are only minutes away. This is a little gem of a villa and we will definitely be booking again in the future.

A Peaceful Two-Week Stay in a Stunning Villa – Highly Recommend!We’ve been to this part of Turkey around five times now, and this was by far the best villa we’ve stayed in when it comes to the living space and the garden/pool areas. The villa is in a beautifully peaceful spot, with well-maintained gardens that made for a relaxing and scenic backdrop to our stay.The pool was fantastic — a great size and the same depth all the way round (about 5ft), which worked perfectly for our family. We spent many evenings in the lovely outdoor eating area, enjoying meals and playing cards together. The seating was really comfortable, and the seamless access between the indoor living area and the garden made everything feel open, light, and sociable.The interior was equally well presented. Bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated — though a touch more space and a full-length mirror in the smaller bedroom would’ve been appreciated. The open-plan kitchen/living area was a big hit, with loads of natural light and everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We travelled with our young adult children and found the location ideal — close to the main road where you can easily catch a dolmuş (local bus) to Hisarönü, Fethiye, or Ölüdeniz. There’s even a handy taxi button on the lamp post just outside the neighbour’s property, although you might need to give the driver a little direction in the final 30 seconds of the journey! All in all, a wonderful stay. Thank you Susan

Outstanding stay

Unbelievable holiday. Susan has full attention to detail and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a problem and she was contactable at all times. The transfers from the airport which Susan arranged were perfect, would highly recommend. The villa, is modern,clean and very comfortable with all cooking facilities available should you need them. Outside space is breathtaking with fantastic views, along with the L shaped swimming pool which i have to say was the cleanest pool we have ever had in any holiday rental. Shops,bars and restaurants all within walking distance and an abundance of taxis available. Great value for what we paid, thank you Susan for renting your home. We will be returning for sure. Great villa and host

The villa was spotless and very comfortable. The beds are lovely. the shutters keep each bedroom pitch black if you like it that way. The pool is larger than it looks in the photos. The master bedroom en suite is very generous and is not included in the photos. The photo of the bathroom is not up to date and is actually modern with a large walk in shower. The owner was really responsive and kept in touch in the run up to our holiday and whilst we were staying there. The location is good. There are plenty of good sized supermarkets nearby and restaurants alongside bars and restaurants. It is about 10 minutes on the bus (dolmus) from the villa to the town where there are cheesy bars, restaurants, loads of shops. Another 15 minutes depending on the traffic from the town to the beach but this can be more if the traffic is bad. The dolmus costs around 30 Lira to the beach. You can get the dolmus to Fethiye for the same amount. All in all, this is a great location, great villa and a great host.

Relaxing villa in the sun

This is a lovely villa, just as described. It was clean, stylish but welcoming. Also everything worked well - kitchen was well equipped for self catering, the internet signal was fast and allowed streaming etc. Bedrooms were comfy with quality cotton sheets, ample storage and mozy nets which kept the bugs out. The bathrooms were modern with decent showers. The outside dining area was covered so gd for dining, watching the sun go down and drinking wine. The established gardens and pool were well maintained. The pool was not as deep as most which meant that the water heated up quickly. The villa enjoyed a gentle breeze. During our stay the surrounding area was mostly quiet, no barking dogs or cars - just the sounds of the mosque. The villa was handy as you can walk to the waterpark or catch a bus to the ghost town, beach, fethiye for boat trips or cable car from the main road, a 3 min walk. There was also a local shop close by. We found there was plenty to do. The transfer company Susan arranged were spot on and we also went on a sailing trip with them, which was good. Found the local restaurants too close to the rd but Badmen's deliver Turkish food and enjoyed authentic meals at the ghost village. Susan was lovely to connect with, responsive & helpful. At one point the AC failed but Susan arranged for this to be mended quickly. We had to get out at 11am on the last day but Susan had a word with Yakamoz hotel so we spent the PM there, a real gem!

Fantastic villa. Fantastic location with great communication between us and Susan!

We spent a week here in June and had a really great holiday! The villa was clean and well equipped and in a perfect position for local shops and restaurants. The pool was a really good size and I loved the well established garden that was well cared for. We hired a car but local transport and taxis easy to use. So much to do! Trips are brilliant! Can’t wait to go back next year Many thanks Susan!

Delightful home away from home

Lovely peaceful location (if you don't mind the very early cockerel calls - which we don't); but easy walking distance to lots of facilities. Beautiful gardens and a feeling of privacy despite being surrounded by other homes. The house was exceptionally comfortable due to the extra little touches - excellent hairdryer, good quality plastic glasses to use by the pool, ironing board and iron etc. The pool and garden were maintained regularly and minor maintenance issues promptly dealt with. We can't wait to go back!

Absolutely Great

The Villa was a delight and the pool was the best we have ever encountered since coming to Turkey. The location was also great just a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants which is great if you have difficulty walking and for the more mature guests. Susan (the owner) will help you in any aspect of hiring the Villa and a delight to speak to. I would have no hesitation in returning next year.

An Oasis Of Calm

Four of us enjoyed the serenity and calm of this beautifully kept villa situated near enough to enjoy the local towns and resorts yet quitely tucked away from a main road, shops and restaurants. A car while mist helpful is not essential and the lovely pool and stone shade on the patio provided relaxing shade whenever the heat peaked. Comfortable beds in good sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen completed the package, the dining area and living room had little use due to the garden that was used to the maximum. We have already advised that we will book again when we next visit, finally we had great communication with the owner from start to finish and were delighted by every aspect of our stay.

Lovely Villa

We have just returned from a two week stay in this beautiful villa and we have had a wonderful holiday. The villa is beautiful, well maintained and well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the most gorgeous gardens and pool. Situated down a quite road the villa has lovely open view of the mountains. The location is fantastic just a few minutes walk from the main road in Ovacik where there are supermakets, shops, and restaurants and easy access to the beach and other towns nearby by dolmus or taxi. Susan, the owner, gave us all of the information we needed and booking was easy and straightforward. She also organised our taxi transfers from and to the airport. We fell in love with the villa as soon as we arrived and can honestly say that we didn't want to leave, it has been one of the best holidays ever. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa to everyone.

Amazing villa and holiday!

Just spent a week in this beautiful villa. From start to finish it has been a dream holiday. The villa is secluded but just a few minutes walk from some lovely restaurants and local shops and just a quick Dolmas ride to many places . The pool is a good size and because of its location there is a gentle, cool breeze to make it feel comfortable to sit around the pool even on a hot day. The villa is well equipped and spotless. The Friar Tuck restaurant staff who look after the villa are so friendly and helpful and the food at Friar Tuck's is delicious!!! You must try Friar Tucks- you won't be disappointed! Can't say enough good about this holiday. My teenage girls were sad to leave.

I live in Cheltenham Gloucestershire and enjoy relaxing holidays in Turkey at least twice a year, in the winter I go skiing to Italy which is far less relaxing but just as wonderful.
I have two grown up children who also love the villa, they had great times there when they were younger and can't wait to get back and take their friends.

Why they chose this property

We've had many holidays in Turkey and it was one of the first places we ever returned to year after year. We got to know the owners of a local hotel who were very friendly and told us they were building property in the area and as we loved the area so much we decided to buy a villa. Having purchased the villa about ten years ago, we've enjoyed many wonderful holidays since, it was great to find a place where we could relax and the children also had plenty to keep them occupied. There are many great restaurants and bars, shops and markets to discover. The local people are very friendly and always ready to help. Having the privacy of your own pool, garden and patio to relax in is wonderful.

What makes this property unique

There is so much to do for young and old, restaurants, bars, shops, markets. You can also book plenty of excursions, boat trips, paragliding etc.
It's also great for walking in the winter months, the weather is very pleasant, we spent a wonderful Christmas there two years ago.
We always improve the villa each year so that it is well maintained for our guests to enjoy.
