Beautiful 5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath Canal home with Boat Dock quick access to ICW. Spring, Summer, Fall and Winters in Ocean Isle Beach N.C. are all beautiful too! There are reasonable rental rates for off season. 2026 Winter rentals are monthly rentals only for January 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026, at $3200.00 a month plus departure cleaning. Spring rental rates are from April 1 until May 22nd 2026 are $2710.00 per week, including departure cleaning. We do take a three-night minimum during this period at $452.00 per night. Summer rentals (only weekly rentals) begin the week of May 23rd-June 6th, 2026, with rental of $3,110.00. The weeks of June 6th - August 7th weekly rental amounts are $3,495.00. August 8th to August 21st rental weekly amount is $3,110.00 In the fall off season the rental season starts on 8/22/2026 to 12/31/26, and we do allow a three-night minimum during this period too with the nightly rate of $452.00 a night or for a weekly rate of $2710.00. Winter rental will be $3,200.00 per month plus utilities. One month winter rental is the minimum. Winter rentals run from November 1st 2026, until March 31, 2027. Winter 2027 Rental monthly rate will be $3200.00 a month plus utilities of cable, water, sewer and electric. Departure cleaning will also be applied separately for monthly winter rentals. Winter rentals for 2027 will begin November 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

Summer, Spring, Fall and Winter (average winter temperatures are 55 degrees). All Seasons are very beautiful and quiet here on the island. A family Thanksgiving Reunion in November has also been popular with our guests (our kitchen is well equipped to cook large meals, complete stainless steel cooking pots and pans, many baking trays, ample dishes and utensils for a very large crowd, numerous serving bowls, serving trays, new chef knife set, hardworking dishwasher, too)!!!
