'Sunnycroft' is a South facing bungalow apartment with two separate bedrooms ideal for a family of four or for those who have difficulty with stairs.
The gite opens onto the open plan lounge which is equipped with two sofas, English free to view satellite television and French television, a DVD/CD player along with a few DVDs both for adults and children, a radio and a selection of books that include some books for younger children. The kitchen/diner area is alongside and this is equipped with a table and four chairs, fridge/freezer, a microwave, a gas oven with four gas rings, a gas kettle, an electric kettle, electric whisk/blender, cutlery, crockery and pans etc.
The back bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds, (90 cm x 190 cm), and a chair. The master bedroom has a double bed, (140 cm x 190 cm), and a chair, with two small steps leading to the en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin.
