Dear Peggy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent experience. We do take our guest satisfaction and feedback very seriously. Whilst I am naturally pleased to hear about the mention of the views from the villa, I am indeed very concerned to see that your experience with us was not fully up to your satisfaction, and that you felt let down by some aspects of your stay. I am aware that you were in contact with our property manager to enquire about where to find coffee filters and that she explained where to find them. In our information pack that we send to our guests it explains in detail all the items in the villa that is offered complimentary and coffee filters are not included, however, moving forward we can consider to include them. We have also tested the villa’s coffee maker and it is indeed working. I also understand that she also tried to contact you to check if you required any further assistance and that there was no response. With regards to bed sheets, we use a supplier that supplies the top hotels in Pescara and the beds in the villa are sommier quality beds which are used by 5-star hotels, but your feedback is duly noted and we will look into this matter further. The internet issue could have been easily resolved had our property manager been contacted, in fact the villa is equipped with an internet booster that expands the range of the internet signal to the bedrooms. All that would have been required was to connect to the internet booster signal (using the same wifi password) Thank you once again for allowing us to reflect on our guest service delivery, it is important that we resolve all of our pre and post-guest issues whatever the situation and it is feedback like this that helps us to improve. We do hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, at which time we will strive to provide you with a perfect visit.
