This self catering 5 bedroom Villa with private pool is on unspoilt Lustica Peninsula, has spectacular views over sea and mountains towards Croatia, Hercig Novi and Bosnian mountains. It sits on the edge of the picturesque fishing village of Rose at the entrance to Boka Bay. The area is unbelievably peaceful and yet convenient for restaurants and shopping. WiFi available
5 bedrooms (2 ensuite) very large living area for entertaining. Modern kitchen with all amenities.Huge roof terrace with 360 spectacular views for sun and BBQ

Swimming Pool is on lower terrace with lovely views.

Rosè village is reached by steps or walking trail, about 6-7 mins. or by car. The village has 2 good restaurants, beautiful clear water and a 15 min boat ride to Herceg Novi.

No diving into the pool and no glass on the pool terrace. Must ensure water level remains mid skimmer to prevent air suction and damage to pump.
