What can I say? We had a wonderful stay. The views from the apartment were just amazing and the apartment itself had everything we needed. Michelle went absolutely above and beyond for us during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. It was a short walk into the old town and the bus station from where we hopped on the bus to the cable car.Definitely hope to return one day. Have a well deserved rest now michelle

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday. Michelle and Matt were welcoming and made everything easy. How much they care for the comfort of their guests from start to finish is extremely kind, thoughtful and above and beyond what is necessary, but very much appreciated. As a family with teenagers this was the perfect holiday; a mix of plenty of activities like the fabulous boat trip, paddle boarding and kayaking and relaxing comfort. Being close to the lovely bars, restaurants and shops in the atmospheric old town made it extra special.

The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. The hosts are the most generous people and made our trip all the more special. You will be happy if you choose to stay here. Its an easy walk into Kotor and plenty of bus options to visit other towns. Thank you Michelle and Matthew.

The apartment was amazing! So nicely done and homely, had everything you could need and more. The terrace and pool area was lovely and views were incredible and changed everyday, couldn’t look enough! Great that right across from the crystal clear sea and that could use paddle boards and kayaks. Michelle and Matthew were fabulous hosts and went over and above in helping and making our holiday the best. From picking us up from the airport, stocking the cupboards and fridge to the brim with food and drink on arrival which was so lovely, advising us on trips out and a very fun boat trip with sights, swimming and the most yummy lunch! The apartment is only a short walk to a bakery and supermarket and not much further to Kotor old town which is lovely and full of restaurants and culture. We had a brilliant time here and would really recommend. We felt like we had struck gold in staying here and had great 10 days. Thank you Michelle and Matthew for making it extra special.

Michelle was the most attentive host with a lot of local knowledge. Apartment was everything we hoped for and more. She thought of literally everything- so much attention to detail to make our holiday perfect-beach towels, toiletries, sun creams, books, games, mosquito spray (I could go on!) Outside space really big. Plenty of comfortable space in the sun or shade. Inside and outside perfectly clean. Location perfect, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but easily walkable. (10-15 minutes even in the boiling heat!) Jump into the sea directly outside apartment. Bakery and mini market 5 minute walk away. The private boat trip was the icing on the cake- absolutely amaaaazing afternoon out! Michelle is a lovely, genuinely kind human being. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Great place

Great location, easy walk from the old town but with a view of Kotor, which is especially beautiful at night. The host is fantastic, with loads of local knowledge. The apartment has everything you could ask for, we particularly appreciated all the supplies that were provided on our first day. Can’t recommend this property enough.

Amazing property and host!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as amazing second time round! The apartment is great - amazing pool, sea front access and beautiful views from the huge terrace. Michelle is a great host who goes above and beyond to look after guests - including picking us up at the airport, providing chilled beer, wine and food essentials on arrival and paddle boards/kayaks for us to use. Michelle and Matthew also took us on a wonderful boat trip around the bay. Thank you for another great stay!

Fabulous villa, host and location

Just come back from a great week in Montenegro. The villa was just as described and the location was perfect. Central for exploring Montenegro and the activities it offers. Kotor old town had numerous excellent restaurants and shops to mooch round and was only about 10-15mins walk from the accommodation. But the thing that stands out from other places we have stayed is the host, Michelle, her attention to detail and care she shows went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable holiday - thank you Michelle.

The best host!

The position of the house is excellent, right on the water, and an easy 10 minute walk to the old city of Kotor. Michelle is the most welcoming and attentive host. She provided a generous amount of wine, beers and snacks on arrival, and was always on hand to give advice if needed. The boat ride in the bay, to the submarine pens was spectacular. One of the best properties that we have stayed in on our travels in Europe.

Absolutely fantastic stay!

Michelle was the most amazing host (she literally thinks of everything) and her house felt like home away from home. But better! The views are breathtaking, the pool is lovely, the whole apartment and setting are just amazing. We had the best time and managed to walk to Kotor Old Town which is also stunning and has such a great variety of restaurants and shops. 10/10 would recommend and will book again!

We had a great time in this lovely appartment with a large terrace and its own swimming pool, right in front of the sea. Location is perfect in a calm spot for swimming and only 10/15 min walking distance to Kotor old city. And above all, Michelle was the best host I ever had!

Fabulous find

Travelled to Montenegro as part of my sisters birthday celebrations. Michelle the host of this property took hospitality to a new level, such a warm, generous person who put the comfort of her guests front and centre. Property location is a short walk to Kotor old town and the views from the balcony were extremely impressive. All in all - an amazing place to stay. We hope to return

Fantastic place with a fabulous host

Can’t fault this place. It’s in a great location, 15 minute walk into Kotor, and right on the sea front. Having the use of kayaks and paddle boards was brilliant. Michelle and Matt are excellent hosts who go way beyond what you would normally expect. Nothing was too much trouble. Can highly recommend ⭐️

Breathtaking views and unforgettable experience.

My husband and I have stayed at several VRBO locations throughout the years and this one absolutely tops the list! Waking up each morning to the amazing view and enjoying a cup of coffee on the private terrace was such a treat. To top it off, Michelle is such a warm and gracious host. She is so welcoming, informative, and had the apartment stocked with everything you could possibly need. If you have the opportunity to stay at this beautiful apartment, do it!!!

By far the Best Vacation Rental in Kotor! This property gets a 10 plus rating! It started with our host Michelle picking us up at the airport. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was exceptionally clean and supplied with a refrigerator filled with food, snacks and drinks including beer and wine. We didn't have to worry about running to the store when we arrived. The local market was only a quick 10 minute walk down the street and the old town was about a 5 minute walk further. The best part of the property was the very large terrace that overlooked Kotor Bay. One one side is a large dining table where we enjoyed many meals while watching the boats and on the other side of the terrace was a private pool. A highlight of our trip was the afternoon that Michelle and her partner Matthew took us on their Sailing Yacht all around Kotor Bay with time for a swim and a delicious lunch. Michele was always available to help us and answer any questions that we had. Do not look any further and book this property! Thank you Michelle for a wonderful vacation!

Gorgeous property

Michelle’s flat was amazing. It was well laid out, clean, had everything that we needed, and has an incredible view. The walk to Old Town Kotor was a quick 10-15 minutes depending on your pace. The location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the port. Perfect! Michelle was responsive, super friendly, and fun. We will definitely be back.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The accommodation is absolutely spotless and so so lovely. The pictures don’t do it justice. We used the paddle boards and kayaks every day, they were just fab! Michi went over and above for us leaving us some snacks and essentials and checking in to ensure we were happy with everything and was always there to offer advice.
