Buona soluzione!

L’appartamento è in un residence molto carino, è al piano terra quindi molto comodo, anche se il balcone e la finestra si affacciano sui locali intorno, quindi manca un po’di privacy…È in una zona di Empuriabrava vicina al mare (si arriva a piedi in meno di 5 minuti al lungomare dove ci sono il mercato e gli eventi serali), purtroppo vicina a dei palazzi non bellissimi, ma andando verso il centro la vista migliora.La casa è molto fornita, soprattutto di cose per la cucina, l’unica cosa che non abbiamo trovato è il phon, ma essendo estate non è stato un grande problema.Prima del soggiorno abbiamo scoperto che la piscina era un servizio a pagamento, cosa che nell’annuncio non era molto chiara: Sandra è stata molto comprensiva e disponibile e ha sistemato la cosa. Sia il check-in che il check-out sono stati semplici grazie alla disponibilità di Sandra.

Appartement calme et chaleureux

Appartement calme dans la partie de Gran-Réserva Près du centre et des arcades mais très calme et paisible. Point positif aux alentours c'est arboré et très jolie. Près d'un restaurant 'El Raco Del Comte" encore une fois le cadre est très paisible et non bruyant. L'appartement est très confortable et très propre, notamment la cuisine très fonctionnel et moderne. Une grande terrasse pour 4 personnes. Nous sommes heureux de notre séjour et Sandra notre contact est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, d'ailleurs je tiens à la remercier car nous devions avoir les clés à 16h et arrivant à 10h elle n'a pas hésité à nous les remettre. Je recommande cet établissement à tous ++++ Merci encore pour notre séjour

Idéal pour un séjour au calme

Un grand merci à Sandra pour l'accueil lors de notre arrivés, un très grand professionnalisme. L'appartement est très agréable car la terrasse est a l'ombre toute la journée sauf de 17h à 18h mais pas un soucis pour nous car nous étions à la plage. D'ailleurs nous sommes à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. L'appartement comprend la clim, une machine à laver et un lave vaisselle. La cuisine est magnifique (moderne) Franchement je recommande car vraiment un séjour bien reposant, Merci beaucoup ++++

Les vacances étaient très bonnes. Le plus gros problème de l’appartement était, ce qui était déjà un scandale du propriétaire, que nous n’avions pas de placard / armoire où nous pouvions mettre ou accrocher notre linge. Le propriétaire avait occupé tous les placards et les avait verrouillés à ce fier prix de location. Ainsi, vous pouvez laver la valise, etc. juste ranger sous le lit Sinon, l’appartement était grand et spacieux. . Les médiateurs, Sandra GABARD et son mari, ont répondu à toutes les demandes ou questions. Ils étaient très gentils et serviables. Merci beaucoup pour cela. Der Urlaub war sehr gut. Das größte Problem der Wohnung war, was schon eine Unverschämtheit vom Eigentümer war, dass wir nicht einen Schrank / Kleiderschrank hatten, wo wir unsere Wäsche hinlegen oder hinhängen konnten. Der Eigentümer hatte alle Schränke mit seinen persönlichen Sachen belegt und das bei diesem stolzen Mietpreis, alle abgeschlossen. Somit kann man die Koffer-Wäsche usw. nur unter dem Bett lagern Sonst war die Wohnung groß und geräumig. Die Vermittler Sandra GABARD und ihr Ehemann, sind auf alle Wünsche oder Fragen eingegangen. Sie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür.
