What a location! A two bedroom two bath unit located in the exclusive Observation Point North building. The perfect location with a balcony overlooking the Events Plaza in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf. It is hard to imagine a better vantage point to immerse yourself in all that is Baytowne. Come enjoy the concerts and fireworks right from your 5th floor balcony. Enjoy being steps away from all the shopping, dining and activities the Village of Baytowne Wharf has to offer. Our unit is on the bay side of Sandestin and the beach is approximately a mile on the other side of Hwy 98.

We had the best time and the condo was perfect! Lots of room, we had everything we needed, and everything was clean and neat. The balcony view is exactly as described and we got to watch the Friday night fireworks show from it and had the best view!!! I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to stay again!
