Amparo was fantastic and even met us at 2am after a delayed flight.The street below the property is busy (but not intrusive) and it's in a fabulous position for all the main attractions of Alicante.

Thé host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and homely. Very light and airy. Well equipped and very central. Only a few minutes walk to all main attractions and the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Amparo the host was helpful and good with communication. The apartment is in a great central location. Nice bathroom with bath and bidet. Close to supermarkets and the beach. Would stay again.

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Alicante. The apartment was light and bright, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was also very accommodating when we asked to add a last-minute overnight guest, which we really appreciated.The apartment is on the third floor (fourth floor by American counting), and there is no elevator. The stairs are narrow but have even steps, so they were manageable, although carrying heavier luggage up and down was a bit challenging, this was on us as we typically travel with much less. Note there is no air conditioning, but the host provided fans, which was helpful. We also found that the washing machine pictured in the listing was not functional during our stay. She did say it was not listed on her amenities, which is true, we just assume based on the photos. The furnishings are somewhat dated, but everything was adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable enough, and while the living room seating wasn’t ideal for extended lounging, it was perfectly fine for a short stay.Overall, it was a decent and comfortable place to stay, and we appreciated the host’s responsiveness and flexibility. At the price we paid, however, we felt it was a little less value than we had hoped for. I will also note Alicante is a bit pricey these days and she has a great location.

Apparemment Alicante

Appartement très bien placé, bien que bruyant la nuit à cause de son implantation dans la rue piétonne. Logement très proche du port, de la plage, des transports en commun, du château et du centre ville. Il est assez grand, propre et fonctionnel. Tout se dont vous aurez besoin se trouve dans l’appartement (même des parasols). Je recommande.

Un sitio estupendo en el centro de Alicante

Una opción acertada para una estancia en pleno centro de la ciudad. Fiel a lo indicado en el anuncio y con lo básico para pasar unos días. Está en el corazón de la parte turística, por lo que tienes todo a mano, restaurantes, puntos de interés, la playa cerca, y por supuesto también a tener en cuenta que no es un área tranquila en cuanto a que hay mucha gente a todas horas. Lo más interesante de la casa, es la dueña, que además de ser muy amable, estuvo pendiente de todo en cada momento. Muy recomendable en conjunto.

Recomendable y Céntrico

El apartamento está muy bien situado, calle peatonal. Amparo nos trato fenomenal, gran atención, recomendaciones de restaurantes, sitios a visitar. Rápida comunicación ante dudas. 2 habitaciones con 2 camas por habitación. Salón amplio con 2 sofas, mesa para desayunar, comer, cenar. Recomendable!!

“ Gracias “ A su dueña Sinceramente un piso. acogedor y muy bien ubicado en el centro de Alicante en esta conocida calle peatonal que es San Francisco , la calle de las Setas. Su ubicación es excelente ya que a solo pasos nos encontramos con tiendas comerciales, farmacias, paradero de taxi, restaurantes, mercado central, catedral, paseos, puerto playas terminal de buses y trenes Renfe etc., etc. Queremos agradecer a su dueña por habernos recibido y permitirnos ser sus huéspedes. Ubicacion perfecta.
